If you mean a low point in anything marginally related with Obama, his how-old-is-she-well-very-young-anyway daughter is not one of them, I think. Fillmore was the third worst in the 19th century. Officially Andrew Johnson is probably considered to be very worst (impeached), followed by the guy who gave such a long inauguration speech that he caught pneumonia and died. Some might think other presidents are worse (Lincoln?) based on the perception of intent for implementation of policies.

Fillmore has a county in Utah named after him. That's about it.

Obama and Bush aren't my favourite presidents. Actually, it's becoming harder and harder for me to find anyone who I admire in the office, or even admiration for the office itself.

Worst president? The ones that do the most are the worst.

Worst ever, Andrew Jackson. He instituted slavery and extermination of the Indians as national policies. Also, he set up out two party system, and outlawed coalition voting, favored foreign trading cartels, deforestation, led to the extinction of a lot of US species.

Lincoln loses a lot of points for the civil war. Kill a million of your own citizens makes you a hero in our history, huh,

Wilson for the income tax, fed reserve act and WWI
FDR for WWII, keynsianism and the national debt
Truman for the atom bomb and Korea
Johnson for Vietnam, but overall he seems mild by comparison.

Everyone since LBJ seems mild by comparison. Bush was very LBJ-like, and vie mentioned more than a couple times that Obama is in many respects a lot like Nixon, let me say this about that: he also inherited a huge spiraling quagmire and continued to aend more men to die in it.

Ah well.

All our presidents had serious flaws, as they were only men, but of them all only Lincoln, Wilson, Nixon and LBJ do I consider monstrous - what kept Jackson off that list was crushing the Federalists first attempt at a national bank, although he did much evil as well in his time.

Ike wasn't without his own flaws neither, but unlike many presidents, especially ones with active military service under their belt, he knew when to stay his hand despite an outcry when it would do more harm than good - he undermined McCarthy rather than publicly martyring him, mistrusted Kennedy but "supported" Nixon in a fashion that left them chewing each others tails instead of his, and understood the value of mercy even unto ones enemies better than any president who ever sat in that chair, mostly because of his experiences in post-war germany, dealing with a people pauperized by the exploitive versailles treaty and then stripped of all that remained by the nazis, who were so indoctrinated right from the cradle they were as much victims of it as anyone else.

I think he would be genuinely horrified to see the same conditions which lead to that outbreak of madness being repeated here, earnestly, intentionally, and with the full knowledge and consent of those supposed to be protecting us from it - and instead formenting it for their own benefit, but Ike being Ike, he'd blow Langley off the map and present it as a fait accompli while daring you to bust his chops in the face of cheering crowds, and it wouldn't be the first time he pulled that stunt.
