Yeah, I heard about that. Apparently he's a very fair judge, but in this case, NO WAY! Part of the reason is to move the venue from Louisiana (where they'd be crucified) to Texas (which, as you said, luuuuuves it's oil).

The other part of course is to get a friendly judge. It sucks. They should be prosecuted right there in Louisiana where they did the worst damage, and the devil take the hindmost!

Betcha they don't get their way...at least I hope not!
