DREAMTROVE

Ive been gnawing over this one. No clearly, I like the sport more than some folk here, which ks a sid effect of spending so much time in the UK, where, if you don't like football, they skin you alive and eat you. So I also know that you root for crumby local teams because they are filled with local players, whereas super teams like Man Utd are made up of international players that were bought for lots of money.

But that aside, we lost to Ghana. The down side of this will be that well pay less attention to the rest of the game, and we will not get to kick britains ass which we need to do, but on the plus side, it will wound our national pride so that hopefully we can contrive to defeat Ghana in a football game in four years time, rather than simply invade them and take their oil should they have any, or gold, I suppose they still havd gold. I remember reading that back in the 16th c Ghana used to be one of the world wealthiest nations, because of the gold. And maybe they'll have gold again, but I suspect they'll lose to brazil or Argentina.

I doubt it was Obama's fault, he didn't kick off the game. If he had...
