I find this rather rediculous. I'd be hard pressed to define the stylistic differences between a lightsaber grip, a flashlight grip, and this laser device grip. It seems to me Lucas ought to be as likely to be sued by flashlight manufacturers. I'm not sure there is anything definitive about a lightsaber grip that would make it protectable and actionable, unless someone made an exact copy of a specifc movie lightsaber. (To my eyes, this laser grip is not an exact copy of anything.) The official Star Wars canon even indicates that Lightsabers do not follow a uniform design or construction guideline, with each being a personal and unique creation by the Jedi who made it. One fellow builds his saber out of a motorcycle (hoverbike) handlebar. If it was ever depicted on screen, maybe Harley Davidson would sue?

Most importantly, there's a critical difference between a lightsaber and this laser device: The laser device is a real device and actually does something. One might imagine that would constitute enough of a design alteration to allow it to escape copyright infringement. I hope Wicked is not forced to change their product due to this threat of litigation.
