Your "partisan jihad" doesn't bother me, either; you're entitled to it and I know the two most head-up subjects are religion and politics. Wulf, I thought he was going to remind you of what came to mind for me when you said to remember there were real people on the other side of the screen. Your "hippie/lib" things don't bother me all that much, and I long ceased to think of you as the enemy, given you've shown compassion sometimes and I've agreed with you sometimes.

Your statement, however, came to mind in another thread where you told RivKane you didn't know how to take her agreement with you, given she'd just called you a racist. That's what made me think of it. Because if you notice at all, the only thing she DOES is come in to snark as nastily as possible--almost inevitably at me, but at everyone else, too. She's been following me around from thread to thread today and saying the worst possible things almost as soon as I post. Doesn't bother me, just seems a sick thing to do.

I know you don't consider me a friend, and we disagree pretty heartily on almost everything, but I have a certain amount of respect for you and virtually everyone else here, and have never and would never do what RivKane is doing.

So if you think about it, you DO know how to take what she says to you; she'll only agree with you and egg you on when you say something ugly about someone else; otherwise, she'll go after you as happily as she does anyone else.

There ARE real people on the other side of the screen; I tend to think you're capable of remembering that, as opposed to others. I wish you could remember it more, but I'll take what you give me. It just saddens me to see you jump on their bandwagon, especially when you've had evidence that makes you wonder about their motives.

I'm not chastizing, your statement just stuck and impressed me, and came to mind when you questioned RivKane's motives in agreeing with you. I'll take you as I find you, it just made me want to say this.

Niki, I was quoting Wulfie's OWN positions and beliefs back to him, nothing more. He's in love with the idea of Sparta, and thinks it represents an ideal world, where "flawed" or "undesirable" babies would have their brains dashed out against the rocks, their bodies tossed into The Pit, where the weak rightfully die, and hopefully do it before they can put others in danger.

Sorry, but I disagree. When Wulf asks for others' religious beliefs, and then when given those beliefs, pronounces "you fail", then that IS vile and hateful. Also, he consistently refers to people who disagree with him as stupid, lame, worthless, and weak.
