You came back with “And the MSM isn't the one who refers to him as "sort of god". YOU are the one that does that”, adding that he had to be “told twice”, when initially you had talked about the CLIP, not Mike.

Mike posted the entire quote, and a link to the post.

You came back with “You said the MSM doesn't do that, and I showed you that they specifically did”, going back to the clip again, but not addressing that he’d said “HERE”.

Mike reposted the entire quote.

You then came in calling him a liar and saying he put the word “here” in after the fact.

Mike retorted by saying YOU were the one who went back and took the word “here” OUT.

Deadlock. Either of you could have gone back and changed it. But what’s not been noticed is that you came up with he “owned you” thing in response to Mike noting that you wrote “All you Left wing nuts blamed Bush for man made global warming, which isn't real, for Katrina's cat 5 ( cat 3 at land fall ) strength. And then y'all claim he blew up the levees”, which is totally false. As far as I’m aware, nobody on this forum has claimed ANY of those thing, nor has anyone else I know. We both clarified that we didn’t blame Dumbya for global warming, Katrina OR “blowing up” the levees (?). It was exactly then that you turned the subject to the “sort of god” thing.

The chronology tells the story. You never again addressed the fact that you’d accused “ALL YOU LEFT WING NUTS” of blaming Dumbya for weird shit, you moved right on to claiming you’d proven someone called Obama a “god”, which isn’t exactly accurate anyway, as the clip shows the guy was making a corollary, saying Obama was trying to get beyond the “America” thing, but rather include the whole world, “as a god”—in other words, as a god would DO.

Enough. I wanted to know whether I’d misunderstood or not; going back clarified for me that you TURNED the discussion to the “god” thing as perhaps a way of avoiding admitting that nobody here had said any of the things you claimed we’d “all” said, I dunno. G'night.

He's not a FOX news anchor or even a regular contributer. He didn't say this remark on FOX news either. So, any claims that it's ONLY FOX news saying this stuff, is patently absurd. And false.

They might be the only ones who REPORTED it with any frequency, but the story was outside of their control. It truly was the MSM who started this appraisal of Obama, back on June 5th, 2009. Not FOX and not me. If I've used that description since then, so what ? It was STARTED by the MSM. Over a year ago.

And as for Kwickie ? It's just a sad indicator of how far he'll go in order to "win" an argument. ( kinda like the Libs and their phony man made global warming stunt.... ) Read the sentence with and with out the word "here" . Ah, Crappy, "the other side". I missed that. Those of you who are particularly offensive and more often than not post obscenities and personal attacks have PUT yourself on the "other side" of the reasonable, civil posters here. There have been questions by several members of this forum as to the possibility of sickpuppets, a claim that Mike PM'd (I believe RivKane?) when he didn't, and now this.

Yes, I put you on the other side with the rest of them. Almost all the time, you, RivKane, OTB, Wulf and a couple of others do nothing but mess up threads and make personal attacks. The only person who fires back consistently is Mike, and I've said I disagree with his doing so. Other than that, NOBODY HERE has a consistent record of personal insults and repetitive obscenities. They pop up from me or Sig or others, but not consistently. So unless one of you on what I consider the other side (not dem or repub, tho' I believe all of you are repubs, but rather "offensive") posts something of value to which it's worth responding, yes, I consider you all of the same mold.

Ergo, if a question comes up as to who is lying, the TRACK RECORD on the side you've chosen lends credibility to Mike, not you and your friends.

Oh, Jezus, Crappy, give it up. The fact is that EITHER ONE OF YOU could have gone to that thread and changed your posts, either to insert "here" or to delete it. Saying that was his original quote doesn't MAKE it so...as it stands now, what he claims exists, and what you claim exists, but either of you could have changed it; the wording exists in your post and in his. There is no way of knowing which of you went back and changed the text.

His initial point was that you keep claiming we see Obama as some kind of "god", etc., which none of us here has ever said or even indicated. You backed up your claim by showing a clip of someone saying something like that. He retorted that the MSM saying it didn't mean anyone HERE had said it, which is what you kept claiming of us. The MSM isn't HERE, but YOU keep saying that's what the people HERE call him.

Can't you grasp that?? THERE IS NO PROOF either way, for heaven's sake.

Enuff...it's obviously terribly important to you, but it no longer is to me. I've checked it out, recognized the impossibility of knowing who changed the text, and I'm through with it. Good NIGHT!

You pointed out that the MSM calls Obama a god. I get that. FauxNews calls him that all the time. Why? I have no idea. They hold him in highest esteem, I guess.

*I* pointed out that, around here, on THIS site, YOU are the only one who calls him anything like a "sort of god".
