It depends on the laws of the nation you are in. Some nations will allow duel citizenship, others will allow the child to choose at a certain age, others do not allow it at all.

I think if your wife is popping out babies all over the world...citizenship is the least of your problems.

The really unbelievable part of your example is that any woman would have your baby.

I note for the record that your example is more plausible if you become an international sperm donor.
