He doesn't hold a candle to the things Bush put in place, but his not rescinding those policies makes him almost as bad. In other words, not "the" worst President, but definitely in the top ten at this point.

Many stupid and utterly ridiculous bills are proposed in Congress, it means nothing. If it passes, shame on the Dems; I expect nothing better of the Repubs.
