Meh, Sharia Law my ass... and mind you, so long as the USA still has fucking Blue Laws, you don't get to say a goddamn thing about any OTHER country or religion being forced down someone elses throat under cover of law without being properly regarded as the hypocrite laughingstocks you are for it.

Just so you know, I *did* read that book, and it's part of why I despise em - and most of THEM haven't.

But anyhow, Chavez didn't need to steal that idea from some religion, all he needed to do was watch the RIAA/MPAA and their copyright insanity - and if you do not believe me, try using the image of Mickey Mouse in a fashion that the Walt Disney Corporation disagrees with or does not profit from, and you'll WISH you'd pissed off Chavez instead.

Not that, yanno, he ain't being a dick - just that y'all and your religious intolerance is both so obvious and so hypocritical, *someone* needed to bitch slap you for it for all to be right in the universe, and since no one else stepped up to the job.....

Ok, those ARE funny - and if he wasn't such a pompous ass he'd realize that even ridicule can spread his name and stroke his ego.

I mean, he does kind of play to the pimpdaddy/evil overlord thing himself, so instead of makin a fuss about it and looking like a weenie, he should take the tack Jesse Ventura did when he was a state governor and play along while mocking back.

Besides, if he knew anything about how propaganda works he'd realize a truism he could make use of on this.
