John, your post title is idiotic, especially in light of the incident in question being apparently hetero.

As far as frail little moral weenies being all offended by such a thing, given how seriously fucking messed up the tightwads tend to be in private - and how suppression of ones humanity twists it, I am *ALL* in favor of showing the kids "what it's all about" up to and including porn, provided they could find some with a more realistic take on how a sexual event actually unfolds and takes place - like a blossom, you don't start with a flower, yanno ? - there's this thing called foreplay, but I digress...

Mind you, this is coming from someone who AS A KID used to swap out educational vids for porn, and do you have any *idea* how hard it was to get porn in reel projector format back in 1983 ?
I was also of the considered opinion that given just how fulla shit most of the civics/social studies vids were, what happens in government-governed relations wasn't too goddamn different from what was happening in the vids I was replacing them with!

You wanna find something really offensive, go digging into some recent, quietly weasel-worded attempts by republican dominated state legislatures to legalize child prostitution, under the fig leaf of protecting the children from being prosecuted for it (which they almost never are anyways) since general policy amongst law enforcement is to bust the johns and the girls, and let the kingpins walk with a nod and a wink - but in truth it's terribly rare for them to even attempt to prosecute an underage victim of a ring not only cause of the law regarding them as subhuman (one of the few places that can be turned to advantage) but also cause it'd result in every single advocate like me carpetbombing them politically before they could even properly file the case.

PS. I recommend against the GV50-4, the Lifan series of small engines is unreliable, prone to breakdown and a maintanence hassle besides, if you're going to power something with a small engine, use a Briggs or a Honda motor, although more expensive, in the long run you save on parts and hassle.

The article says that it was a voluntary aspect of a class on human sexuality. It's college, so they're all adults, and they're in a class on sex. So, they saw some sex. Real sex rather than porno sex. They were also given the option to leave before the show started. I'm not seeing the problem here. I'm amazed you people don't bitch more about figure drawing classes, if this is really your stance.
