If the palestinians laid down their arms...there would be peace in the middle east. If Isreal laid down theirs...there would be no Isreal.

Not saying thats a bad thing...just true.

That is cause there already is no Palestine.

If there were no Israel, and the Israelis laid down their arms on top of that, there would be peace as well, see?

It's nice to know that there are goyim out there who support Isreal. I hope it is real. If only we could get some that supported Israel.

If Israel stopped shooting there would be peace. If the Palestinian laid down there arms there would be a massacre. They know, because they tried it before. Iraq just tried it as well, that's why Iran isn't doing it.

I was snarking Kaneman for not being able to spell Israel and Hero got in the line of fire for not noticing ;)

Fact is, it happens a lot. If Americans could just learn to talk, spelling wouldn't be an issue because most of the world uses phoenetics, of, it you prefer fenetix. Also fanatics.

It's just par for the course for a country that's been at war with Eye-rack and wants to got to war with Eye-ran, but some how never manages to mangle Syria or Afghanistan, except literally. Pakistan is badly mutilated, but as badly.

Strangely, the same errors we make in central Asia with the a, we don't make in Palestine: People say Gaza and Hamas with no problem. They even pronounce Hezbollah and Al Qaeda with no difficulty. Israel is actually explicitly pronounced in a Christmas carol just so you won't get it wrong, and yet, they still do, sometimes it's as if it is Real Madrid, other times, it just is real. But it's not the name of the country ;)

The worst American butchering though is Haiti. Hate-ee? Hatey? Like Hades? Ayeti was a better spelling for us, we should have kept the spanish spelling, we do better with it.

Except some morAns would undoubtedly pipe up with A Yeti?

It's the one time they actually have a country outside of Europe that starts with eye and they fuck it up.

And to some extend it's the media, but to some extent it's not. Remember when Ahmadinejad was elected in 2005, and Hillary had already floated the idea of nuclear war with Iran? The newscasters on the MSM made a big deal of how no one could pronounce his name, every one of them butchered it, even Jon Stewart, intentionally, and yet, I never hear anyone get it wrong. Even when they thing the country he's from is Eye-ran.
