Hello,

No one would be surprised to find the Catholic Church described under a heading that says, "Church Sex Scandal."

So my reaction to this incident? It seems better than what some 'legitimate' churches have been up to. I say let them be. It sounds like no one within this arrangement was complaining.

Fucking puritan assholes - I think the church ought to sue for religious discrimination under their First Amendment Rights, cause honestly how is this a lot different than some other church asking donations in return for blessings ?

Not to mention some tantric practices DO involve sex, and yes gettin jiggy with it DOES have well known theraputic effect in both a physical and mental sense - heavens know there's SOME people in this world who gettin laid would do a lotta good!

But no, they seek to push their inhuman, fucked up, puritan morality upon everyone else at the point of a gun, most especially those who don't share it, and by this act reveal themselves as the monsters they truly are, and that their own ideology is a complete failure cause it apparently cannot survive in competition with any other...

You ask me, worship through the act of sex is a far better, far healthier, expression of faith than slaughtering people who do not believe as you do - but hey, that's just me.

Gettin' old, but still a hippie at heart...

Oh, funny Frem...as I read the article, my first thoughts were "damned prudes, hypocritical Puritans!" We obviously think alike in some ways!

Given the comparison of church pedophilia and this, I'll take this every time.

And hey, aren't there "sex therapists" who get paid for their services? If it blatantly makes money, why aren't they going after THEM?

They had no problem with Universal Life, where you could send away to be made a "priest" (some of whom I still know, and one of which married my husband and I)...but hey ho, if it involves open sex, even between consdent adults, OMIGAWD NO!!!

Fuck 'em. Our country needs to grow up, grow away from sex as titilation and "bad", and get on with it like other ocuntries have.
