I meant you guys, because you like to give AURaptor a hard time. I wasn't really talking about the wider reaction to the plot.

Kwicko: yeah, that's how I see it too. I was just replying to AURaptor being concerned that people here would call him a hypocrite if he had questioned Bush and the Iraq war, and was now questioning Obama and this build up to an Iran war. I was pointing out that concern doesn't really make sense.

Hypocrisy is not measured by a lack of loyalty to a party line.

Well, not much from the Left makes ANY sense, but I was just trying to pose the question anyway.

Point of fact though, it's fairly well understood that al Qaeda , Iran, et al see Mexico as a very likely avenue by which to infiltrate the US. The concept of using blood thirsty drug cartel assets as a means to accomplish some nefarious act in the U.S. can't be ignored, simply because of who sits in the White House.

But simply saying that it's likely, doesn't make it so.

The bad guys ain't the only ones who can throw down october surprises, don't you know, and some things are best left to forment a while instead of being half-baked at the last damn minute.
