Scott Walker's push to end collectie bargaining in Wisconsin was struck down as unconstitutional today, with the entire law being declared "null and void". Walker's Admin vows to appeal.

Gettin' old, but still a hippie at heart...


Yeah, I heard that last night. Here's hoping it doesn't get overturned on appeal...I swear, this country has turned into little more than the right putting egregious things in place, right-wing judges approving same or left-wing judges kiling them, then appeals, which go to left-wing judges or right-wing judges, and it seems as often as not all the way up to the Supremes, and we know how THEY will vote, because again, it's right wing v. left wing, with the swing vote mostly right leaning. It's gotten unbearable...
