"On May 21, 2013, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee voted 15-3 to arm “vetted elements of the Syrian opposition”.

Oh, the vetted elements. Now it makes sense. LOL!

Sometimes you own the libs. Sometimes, the libs own you.

"Inside every liberal is a totalitarian screaming to get out."

Haha. Ah, your news sources...

As for the article, one can tell straight away by the moronic title that it's going to be, well, moronic.

It's not personal. It's just war.

Lots of sources are available for the Senate Committee Vote on Syria story. I chose that particular one just to rile up easy mark libtards. LOL!

Yes, I agree you're nothing more than a sockpuppet for one of the psycho libs here. Not sure which infantile idiot it is, but in any case the Senate Committee vote to arm Syrian rebels is now history.

I believe in solving problems, not sharing them.

Oh, this is the same crap the GW Bush started with Iraq and Afghanistan, and Obama continued with Libya and (now) Syria.

Everywhere you look in the ME, old totalitarian regimes - Saddam, the Taliban, Mubarak, Ben Ali (Tunisia), Qaddafi, and (presumably) Assad - are being replaced by NEW totalitarian regimes that are fundamentalist Sharia.

That's progress?

BTW- you don't hear much about Egypt, Tunisia, and Libya anymore, do you? And the only reason why Iraq and Afghanistan are still in the news is bc the Admin can't bury them deep enough. The reality is that they are fusterclucks of the highest order. Destroying other people's governments is not a super-great idea, unless you have a pretty bullet-proof plan how to guarantee the outcome.

It is funny that Jongsie here considers it "bold" for a Republican to vote against arming Islamist rebels with ties to al Qaeda.

Says a lot about his heroes, doesn't it?

Jongsy's sounding a little angry. Of course, since the Republicans are losing more and more ground every year, their final screams will be particularly shrill, and increasingly pointless.

Considering that all but two of the Democrats on the committee, which is 10 to 8 majority Democrat, voted to "...(arm) Islamist rebels with ties to al Qaeda", seems like it says something about the Democrats as well.
