And that they can rip off Rasmussen's work, and do it incompetently?

You just admitted that those #s don't make sense. On this we agree. And we agree that FOX news butchered the reporting of this info, by clumsily taking a poorly written sentence from RASMUSSEN and just shoveling it , as is, onto their t.v. graphics.

So, there's not just the " appearance " of being able to read English, at all. Your juvenile attempts at insulting others, out of pure pettiness and blind partisanship, is what is causing friction here.
