I've watched it like twenty times now (it's my day off) and to ME, it appears that his hand is clutching her breast from frame one. I'll put it down to mounting frustration and humiliation. It's not a sudden reaction to a sudden grab, but rather an explosive reaction to building discomfort. The bruise on her breast wasn't caused by a gentle fondle.
