Didn't CocaCola have plans to project their logo onto the surface awhile back??

I suppose once somebody can make money by exploiting materials, space travel will become a reality again.

Not just a mineral, but a fuel for second generation fusion plants, that could meet the world's energy needs for 'the next 10,000 years'... Got to hand it to the Chinese, they're really thinking big here.

It's not personal. It's just war.

Basically yes. And it's better than the alternative of over-mining the Earth, so I'm all for it.

Although really, the moon is small potatoes compared to the mineral rich asteroids out there, but I guess humanity has to start somewhere.

Somehow I expected the subject to be about weapons - but changing landmine to moonmine. Mental fatigue.
