I wanted to know what some of you thought about this.....

It seems that 6 days ago, Pizza Hut sent me a promo that is pretty appealing.

Call me booshwahzee, but I LOVE Pizza Hut!

The title if the email is "Hurry! Don’t Miss Out on Free Pizza!?"

Okay... I'm game..... *click*

"Buy one get one large 1-topping pizza free in the 14 days preceding the original order" (paraphrased).

There is NEVER a mention of when this online-only offer needs to be made by, the only stipulation is that you have exactly 2 weeks to order your free pizza after the fact.

I think I'm going to hold on to this one for a couple of years and try to redeem it when the new lower level management were in charge of the bread-sticks back when the offer was originally made. ;)

For any legalese experts in training here, am I missing anything that says that I can't legally claim this buy one get one experience when I'm 98 years old?????

I realize that the first sentence is "LIMITED TIME OFFER.", but there is NEVER a date posted in the legalese or the repeating graphic that was sent in the email.

I know that I won't have a problem making this deal work 8 years from now if I wanted to because I can be so persistant that some manager would just say to his staff "Give the fucking guy a free pizza and get back to work!".

What I'm asking is that since there wasn't EVER a date specified when this deal would end, does the legalise "LIMITED TIME OFFER" automatically mean that they would win in court 100% everytime since the deal never really existed in the first place?????

I've switched from Papa John's to Domino's, due to the fact that PJ's no longer sells coke products, but instead sells Pepsi.

I frelling hate Pepsi.

Can't recall the last Pizza Hut pie I had.

Last Pizza Hut I had wuz ~ 1995. It wuz their wall to wall pepperoni thing. Thats not a bad idea, but the pizza wuz horrible. I'd gotten a few bad pizzaz befor that frum them, so that wuz the last straw. I believe they'd been sold or got a new CEO or sumthing shortly befor the quality drop.

Iz Domino any good now? I only went there twice not long after they started popping up everywhere. Junk. Same with Little Ceaser. They are all about being cheap.

There wuz a chain called Rocky Roccoco around here for a wile that wuz pretty good and not expensiv, but there were only a few and I havent heard the name for quite a wile so I think they are gon.
