Just want to make sure you who do not wait for the facts are paying attention. Once again I want to remind you, they did not give out the facts of the case as the public demanded so they can test witness testimony against the physical evidence as it is determined by the experts. They do this to see if the witnesses are lying. If they give it out early and before they are ready, the witnesses will start to tailor their statements to appear more creditable.

I knew there was a major problem when many of the so called witness tried to suggest the cop tried to pull a 6'5 300 hundred pound man into the police vehicle through the driver side window. Bullshit....and shame on those of you who wished this to be true so you could pounce on the cop.

The NY Times reported there will be no Federal civil rights violation charges made in this case. So the pressure is now on the Grand Jury to bring a criminal indictment against the officer. With the ongoing racial tension over this case they almost have to to bring it to trial, just like they did in Sanford, Florida.

Why give a token gesture to taking this to trial when there's no evidence ? Cost the tax payer's MORE money, to put on a dog and pony show, which will end, predictably, with the cop not being convicted, which will only outrage the paid protesters, the race merchants and anarchists all that much more, resulting in more property damage, more injuries , incarcerations, and possibly lives ?

THIS is what PC madness feels like.

One way or another the taxpayers are gonna pay; either for the trial, or the riots, or both. And when the dust settles from all the damage and mayhem, nothing will have changed as Sharpton and his vile ilk slither back to their race-mongering day jobs.

It'll be both. Trial, followed by riots.

Why ? Because the PC , " comprehensive " , bureaucratic bullshit mentality that has infected this nation has made it impossible to do the right thing.

No matter what.

Nope, he went there and I believe it was because he thought the cop was guilty. I further think he had access to the grand jury testimony and realized the black community would demand he act when there was no indictment of the cop. I think he did not want to get caught up in having to tell the community that the cops testimony is the real way it went down and the shooting was justified.

In other words I believe the sheriff left town.

And you thought of this all on your lonesome. Well, there are some things in life that go unexplained, I'm guessing this will be one.
I'm talking about the fantasy world you live in.

Holder has a lot more class than that.

Funny how information from the secret grand jury finds it's way into the local & national press. Someone is leaking out information about the Grand Jury. Hmmmmmm, who could it be? Could it be SATAN!?

I was waiting a long time to use the Old Church Lady signature motto.

But seriously, only one person (aside from the secret panel of jurors) knows what is actually happening in the panel's room. The prosecutor. And yet, bits and pieces of info manage to get out to the press, as though they were preparing for something.

8 people have testified and given their accounts of the day's events and 1 person has given his account of the events that fatal day. The only other person that knew the accounts better than anybody, but he's dead. Hmmmmm, Trayvon, that other young man in Florida and now Brown. All the shooters claim self defense, all the dead people were unarmed, and each shooter claiming self defense in fear of an unarmed teen who went for their gun.

Always remember leave no witnesses. In Trayvon's case - it was the perfect crime, plus no witnesses. Zimmerman made sure of that. The other two, not so much. But it always pays to have an ace up your sleeve when lying isn't enough, stack the deck in your favor. The DA is presenting ALL of the evidence to the GJ, so as to appear that he's being fair. Actually, and usually, the DA presents his side of the case (in favor of the prosecution), but usually his/her case against the defendant. He's trying the case before the GJ so as not to get an indictment.

There is another possibility as to why info is being leaked. Perhaps the DA wishes to cause a mistrial. Food for thought.

The DA does not want this to go to Trial. End of story!

P.S. Now the Indictment Date has been pushed back. We were told originally the end of October. Now the news out of Ferguson is that the DA's office believes it will be another month or two. To borrow another motto from the Church Lady "Now isn't that Special"

I do not dislike Holder. But he knew what was going to go down here because he got to see the evidence. He was after all, the country's top cop. As for you rappy. Your opinion matters not because it is always tainted.

Exactly how do YOU define " justice " ? How do you think Holder defines " justice " ???

If Justice is truly blind, then shouldn't the facts speak for themselves ?

What you MEANT to say is that Holder couldn't , after seeing the facts, fulfill his promise to exact REVENGE on Officer Wilson.

Because that's what we're talking about here. Not justice.

I believe Holder thought the cop was going to go to trial and lose. To him this provided cover when he suggested to the community he would see to it justice would be served. This happened before the facts were known to him. It was a poor choice of words on my part. If you look at the content of the post carefully you should understand where I was going with that. You and I see Mr Holder entirely differently. I think this was, in his view, a giant make up call, not just for Trayvon, but for injustices against blacks through out the US, and its history.

But speaking out before the facts are known, that's become a staple for this administration.

Are you delusional? Or just joking?
Have you forgotten about all the witnesses? The witnesses who accidentally told the truth after perjuring themselves on the stand during the trial? The witnesses who all told the same story when they accidentally told the truth, all agreeing with the same account Zimmerman kept repeating, despite the lawyers coaching the witnesses to lie, fabricate, obfuscate, perjure, and avoid revealing the truth during the trial?
Your fantasy world must really sustain you in some way.

Oh goodness, stop the presses. The DA does not want to take to trial an obviously innocent Officer, wasting so much money! How horrific that they cannot find a way to railroad this Officer, fake another trial like against Zimmerman. The DA should be fired for allowing Justice to reign in his District, for not pursuing Malicious Prosecution against another innocent and unjustly maligned Officer.

I don't think he is going to get it. He first decided his conclusion, much like Witholder.
RapKnight, you have unfairly used logic against him - using facts as the foundation, and building upon that to achieve your conslusions.
Stacking fake facts and lies on top of a basis of pre-drawn conslusions will not compare to your superior process, so it is not fair for you to battle with only nine-tenths of your brain tied behind your back.

As thinking people know, it wasn't the first shot that killed Brown. With any luck the officer will be held accountable for shooting an unarmed suspect who was surrendering.

As 'thinking people know', the first shots were fired when Brown was trying to get the officer's gun.

And he wasn't surrendering. There in lies the disconnect.

" Hands up, don't shoot ! " - a complete fabrication and likely an intentional propaganda campaign designed to sway the Grand Jury. Glad it didn't work.

Ferguson Store Owner Says He Doesn’t Believe That’s Mike Brown On Surveillance Video

Quote:

The surveillance tapes supposedly shows Michael Brown “robbing” a Ferguson convenience store market. But in spite of the fact that the “robbery” was carried out without the brandishing of a weapon, and in spite of the fact that this was really more a case of petty theft shoplifting, this Friday, for the first time, the owners of the store have said that they never said they believed Michael Brown was the individual who stole the item from their store.

In fact, while the owners are speaking out through an attorney about the surveillance video, the mainstream, corporate media are largely ignoring everything they said, pretending that this video definitively identifies Michael Brown as the strong arm shoplifter.

The owners claim that this is a claim the police have come up with on their own. For his part, Dorian Johnson, a witness to the shooting of Michael Brown, has reportedly confessed to being with Brown in the convenient store. But for now, that has not been corroborated by the store owner, employees or eye witnesses. As well, we are not hearing this from Johnson himself, so a number of questions remain.

Through their attorney, the owner of the store also even dispute the claim that they or an employee called 911. They say that a customer inside the store made the call. This is pretty strange if this was indeed a “robbery”.

As well, in addition to clarifying that they never said they believed, nor identified the suspect with Michael Brown, they claimed that the St. Louis County issued the warrants for the hard drive of surveillance video Friday, based on the police claiming that Brown fit the description of the person in the video… the person who the owners and employees of the store were not even going to call the police on. Again, the owner clarifies that neither the management, nor any employee ever identified Brown as the suspect in that video.

They simply never said they believed that, this was a claim made by the police alone. So the real question is why the media has been taking the word of the police on this matter, even over the word of the eye witnesses and the store owner?

http://countercurrentnews.com/2014/08/ferguson-store-owner-says-he-doe
snt-believe-thats-mike-brown-on-surveillance-video
/

But the raptard has already verified the video, so the store owner's account of things is moot, right?

Right?

Yes, that's right.

Just revisiting how colossally wrong EC and his little Leftist blog site were on this one. No where in this OPINION PIECE masquerading as a news article is there a single quote by the clerk who was assaulted or the alleged attorney ( not named ) who represented the owners.

SAGAN: We are releasing vast quantities of carbon dioxide, increasing the greenhouse effect. It may not take much to destabilize the Earth's climate, to convert this heaven, our only home in the cosmos, into a kind of hell.

Item: St. Louis County DA does document dump and releases 40,000 documents along with Grand Jury testimony and evidence.

Robert P. McCulloch says that "the duty of the grand jury is to separate fact and fiction."

The task of the grand jury was not to determine Wilson's guilt or innocence, it was to determine if there was enough evidence to justify bringing charges, from negligent manslaughter to intentional murder. Period.

Reporters all across the country were busy sorting out the documents to get to the case at hand. Several inconsistencies were found and several surprises - from Wilson leaving the scene by himself, to return to the precinct; washing his hands of blood; bagging his own gun in the evidence bag, to barely filling out the police report of the shooting, to not producing the DNA test of the gun. A crucial piece of information since Wilson claimed Brown grabbed his gun. What happened to that report? Why wasn't it produced for the grand jury to review as a key piece of evidence?

The people's fear that McCulloch would be biased was on point. And it seems he's running the town of St. Louis because he released the secret proceedings of the grand jury (redacting the names of several witnesses which he claims testified in favor of Wilson's account of the shooting). Why even the governor is afraid of him.

This will come back to bite him in the ass. And when that happens his career is over, but because it was presented by his assistants, of course he'll blame them and throw them under the bus.

Should we be shocked that racist instigator State Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal has a D next to her name?

I don't think you are allowed to use those images. When posting images of murderous career criminal thugs, you are required to find baby pictures and use them, not images with the actual size, threat level, and criminal tendencies of the thug.
You should feel properly chastised.

While Obama was in Selma on Saturday trying to claim credit for all of the Republican organized and supported marches, Civil Rights demonstrations, and legislation which opposed democrat racist lynchings, segregations, etc, another career criminal black thug celebrated in Madison, WI by committing yet more crimes (still on probation from his most recent Armed Robbery conviction, at ripe age of 19) and then after the police tracked him down following his crime, he assaulted the officer with enough force that the officer had to shoot him.

The family seems to missing out on the opportunity to make profit - they have not manged to find a baby picture of the thug to post and propagandize as his appearance at the time he committed his fatal final crime, ala Treyvon Martin and the Ferguson thug.

That would be far too reasonable and accurate - you have forgotten who was the OP.

SGG's sense of corruption might be paranoid, since he keeps reversing the facts, perspective, PoV. No matter how corrupt Obama, Withholder, Gov Nixon are, SGG's delusions expect the opposite.

Now that everybody knows Officer Wilson was completely innocent and career criminal murderous thug Michael Brown was completely at fault....

My sense of corruption is always in question by you guys, whatever that means, partly because I'm really tired of all the vitriol and partly because of you guys.

Try and figure that one out..................

That's what happens when you spend 1.5 years tying cops hands behind their backs and then watching 1/3 of them quit after you force an unconstitutional vaccine mandate on them.
