Heard about the case of another accomplice in the Islamo-fascist Terrorist Boston Bomber case. Err, I mean the workplace violence at the Boston Marathon.
This guy claims he is not responsible for what he said to police because he was high on pot, so he should be excused for being accessory to murdering folks at the marathon, nor the other victims afterwards.

Is this a common defense? Does anybody think it reasonable?

If this is used in other states with legalized pot, will it become an easy excuse for committing any crime, and invalidate any confession?

Has nobody else heard this, or is nobody concerned?
