I think I've been suffering from them intermittently for years, but definitely getting more frequent. symptoms are usually sudden onset of a headache, nausea and vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound. Acute stage is about 4-6 hours long followed by about 12 hours of feeling washed out. Triggers are a combination of feeling stressed, or having been stressed, alcohol, tiredness, with some hormonal component. Any suggestions for managing them?

A friend I knew had real bad cluster migraines. He said it was the only thing that helped.
