Quote:Originally posted by Jongsstraw: The upcoming Republican National Convention in Tampa will feature a lively and spirited minstrel show in prime time to highlight the cultural diversity of the Party. Also planned are watermelon and chitlin eating contests, Amos and Andy rerun viewings, and mock lynchings of Obama from different types of tree limbs. But the real buzz is about the somewhat secretive grande finale which is rumored to pit Herman Cain against Mark Sanford in a contest to settle once and for all who the biggest idiot whoremonger in politics is. The Convention is expected to be watched by billions of people, and could possibly even challenge the Olympics for pure adrenaline excitement, and those un-stoppable gut-wrenching cringe-worthy moments. Enjoy the show!

A big hollow void, like a bit rotten tree. This man has NO fundamental beliefs of his own, besides money money money for Mitt! His standing on every actual issue depends on what he thinks will impress voters. He's always been able to pull off this kind of thing in a boardroom, or for a single state that's fairly homogenous in its political views, but he can't invent a position to please all the many diverse voters of a whole damned country. Therefore, he has no standing on these issues. The funny thing is, I think Mitt is 100% aware of this logic, and thinks it's A-OK. If he were to answer honestly, he really would say: "I can't take a position on that until I get clearer results from my campaign's pollers."
