I don't know about hate speech, but aside from his flip-flopping on the issue, I do agree with a lot he says otherwise.

No Constitutional amendment in my eyes because we don't need another scar on the Constitution like the abolition of Alcohol.

The Definition of "Hate Speech", though?

Anything a White Male says to or about anyone they disagree with that isn't White and/or Male.

+1 for White Women and Black Men in this situation.

+2 for any Black Women in this situation.

I'm automatically the bad guy because I have lighter skin than a Mexican and I don't have tits.

Which one of these is hate speech?

Barak Obama - "I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman".

Mitt Romney - "Let me make it very clear, that my preference is to have a national standard that defines marriage as a relationship between a man and a woman."

ETA: apparently both Obama and Romney would be in the good graces of Dan Cathy, COO of Chick-fil-a,

"I think we are inviting God's judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at Him and say, 'We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage,' and I pray God's mercy on our generation that has such a prideful, arrogant attitude to think that we have the audacity to try to redefine what marriage is about,"
