There are quite a few actually, that one had the best textures.

Another one of the 38,200 youtube results for this search, this model is exterior only it seems

I mean, there's probably an interior but it's not in the video.

Oh, and an awesome Tardis

I find myself wondering how much of this is editing and how much actually works in game.

Given the size of the world in Minecraft, I'd be surprised if at least some of 'em didn't work.

well, the maker of the above tardis said it worked. It's pretty clear that his dimensionally transendental view works, since he boths to wiggle back and forth on it. I figured that was just a nether portal, and the inside is built in the nether. The issue I was most curious was if the tardis relocation is a network of redstone switches, which would probably fill a lot of the nether in part of a machine we don't see, but if that results in an actual moving of the portal.

If it does, you could do the same thing with Serenity. You build serenity and then export it to different settings. I'm sure that tardis exterior never disappears, it's undoubtedly sitting in each world he visits, but you could do that with serenity, and you just import a copy into each setting. You put it on ariel and miranda and persephone and whitefall, wherever, and then you also make versions that are just sitting in space, one for every encounter you want to create. You have one battling reavers, one out of gas, etc. It could become a whole role playing scenario.
