I barely ever watch or even pay attention to any news these days, as you know....

This one has easily been the one that I've gotten the most 2nd hand information about in the years since I gave up the News.....

I won't go as far as to say that I'm excited about it, but I don't feel bad that this is happening. Chances are, there is really nothing happenening at all. Remember Y2K? Hell... remember back when AIDS was going to kill us all?

One of these days, whether it's Ebola or not, sooner or later, someone's gotta stop the flow.....

Mother Earth is a badass bitch for sure, but I don't think she's very well equipped to cover the roughly 7 Billion humans destryoing a part of her every minute of every day. How could she support 15 billion of us? 25 billion of us????

I don't believe at all in the story of Noah's Ark. There's no way that anybody could build a boat large enough to house 2 of every animal that ever lived, and given that there are probably more species left that we haven't discovered than we have under the sea, how would that have even been possible.... (well... I suppose you wouldn't have to account for any of the sea-dwelling creatures in times of high floods.)

I'm not saying at all that this is the end. In fact, I think it's just another bullshit story to keep our minds pre-occupied while they continue to fuck us further behind the scenes.....

On the off chance that it is real though, I'm ready to meet my maker if it comes to it. I'm just going to file this whole Ebola thing under "Don't Give a Shit".

Democrats, if any. There have been no funding cuts of CDC or infectious diseases, and any perceived cuts were not done by republicans. The CDC must be in terrible straits, with a 5% reduction in Limos and luxury jets.

Plus fielding a reasonable sized budget must really make it harder to divert funding for real CDC work like fighting Ebola off to Democrat campaign funding like the last Ebola Czar (Dr. Nicole Lurie) spent her time doing. Hence a new Ebola Czar to divert funds more efficiently.
