Driving around their vehicle that cost more than all the cars I've owned combined, funded by selling a drug that has ruined lives of people I cared about in my past life. It's still a good thing. Even if shitstains like this get to benefit from it too. Do Right, Be Right. :)

Do Right, Be Right. :) The problem with civil forfeiture is that local PDs use it to boost their budgets, often seizing property on the PRESUMPTION of guilt. There was a story about a man who had $12,000 confiscated, not because he had done anything wrong but because the local PD basically said that only a drug dealer would carry that much cash. The guy explained that he was going to buy a used car, showed them the Craig's List item, even offered to have them witness the sale, but it didn't make any difference: they took the money and refused to give it back. The PDs often operate on "guilty until proven innocent" when they take your cash, car, or house. ----------- Pity would be no more, If we did not MAKE men poor - William Blake "The messy American environment, where most people don't agree, is perfect for people like me.
