Nope.

My assessment is that the Conservative justices know that if they go on voting 6-3 on everything, a desperate Democratic Party/Legacy Media is going to latch right onto that and probably start making real calls for impeachment of SC justices or renewing their efforts to pack the courts whenever the dark day comes where they regain power. Everybody knows this.

They're drawing straws before every ruling right now. Rotating out the extra justice they have on different issues to side with the three ultra-left plants.

They have to make it look real though. Roberts is obviously the one guy they can always use to make a 5-4 judgement, but it can't always be him. As long as they have the dissenter in a particular case write something up that remains consistent with their previous rulings on things, they should be able to at least have one non-Roberts dissenting vote in many cases that wouldn't immediately be a red flag that makes the idiots over at MSNBC even realize they're being played.

You people are so fucking dumb. You have absolutely no idea what is being done right now because the world you thought you were living in 6 months ago no longer exists.
