What, what, what... what?

The best things in my life have always seemed to come in 3's.

And usually, they weren't even caused by any of my direct actions, or had very little to do with the things that I would waste all that time and energy sweating over. Really... just having patience and getting and keeping myself in the right position to strike when the iron was hot is all it ever really took.

Don't quite know if I believe in God or not still, but sometimes Karma gives me pretty good reasons for believing in its existence.

And this was all going on before we were even talking about a possible industrial renaissance in Gary due to Trump's leadership.

So... The Chicago Bears coming to Hammond or Gary? A new railway system that is going to allow for 110MPH speeds from Chicago into Michigan with stops all through NWI along the way? The re-industrialization of Gary, IN that is already taking place?

I may never be a rich man, but I do believe that if I finish this house up there's a very good chance I can move into something much more manageable for one person for about 1/6th of the price I'm going to be able to get for my current place if all of the above play out. A beautiful brick house matching that description was just sold down where my disabled brother lives a year ago and was sold for less than $90,000.

Living the way that I do, if interest rates dropped to around 3%-4% and stayed there, I think I could probably just park that extra money after buying my new digs in the bank and live pretty comfortably off of just the interest payments for the rest of my life.

Usually it's good people in my life that I have to thank for the good things that I accidentally stumbled into, but this time a good deal of my new come up will be thanks to some of the worst people in the world.

Now don't either of you go growing a brain and/or a conscience and/or a soul or whatever it is that you're missing and mess any of this up for me now, ya hear?
