I don't know who made it. I don't think anybody knows who made it. But I've heard it in a lot of places for decades outside of RWED. There's probably 10,000 people at least who would claim they came up with Libtard. Had you not tried to claim it in this thread, I would have probably just assumed that Rush Limbaugh made it up, or one of his callers said it and it spread from there.
