But it took so long to find this thread, I ran out of time and energy, and went asleep. Going through pages and pages of useless Thuggery bumps of useless Thuggery threads, pages of senseless Thuggery proclamations of FAKE NEWS claims, plus pages of our resident illiterate posting nonsense into unrelated threads from decades ago, took a while to wade through. It took me a while to suss out that I had covid this time. It snuck up on me, and it changed. After my 3rd covid, I conjured I would not notice subsequent bouts, because each episode was more mild than before. Each of them had, for me: gradual onset of rheumatoid arthritis, which I had not known before what it was, but had always been a response to BGH for me. vomiting and diarrhea, often violent and/or uncontrollable. hacking cough. Because I have allergies, hacking and coughing are symptoms of every day of my life. never any respiratory issues or distress. This time, I had some respiratory symptoms. I don't think I have ever had some of this, so I didn't recognize it,m particularly with the buildup of problems, and snowballing lack of sleep/rest - the brain fog. I was becoming concerned with the part about not being able to breathe, not breathe deeply, and the gradual sense of drowning in my own lungs - until I finally realized this was actually a description of a symptom of covid which I had read about. This is a scary one. Not being able to breathe (I had thought it was some work-related thing from a new environment.) It was sort of always there, but I could handle it (ignore it) enough when my ribcage was upright - sitting or standing. Lying down on my back was the worst - at least it would be enough to trigger a serious coughing spasm which brought me out of that position. Lying on either side of my ribcage provided enough relief that I could stay there a while. But lying on the back is deadly with this symptom - you would suffocate. I had no joint inflammation - arthritis. The vomit and diarrhia were annoying, but I conjured I was just normal sick. Sinus congestion and headaches - normal for allergies. I was coping, going through lots of aspirin, and taking Claritin - for the first time ever, I think. Several Quart servings of chicken noodle soup broth. Even had a nutrition drink, to supplement my vitamin, mineral intake. These didn't seem to help. And the most alarming symptom, not being able to breathe, seemed to be progressing worse. Brain fog from fatigue made everything more challenging. Anyhow, I think that is the post that I intended to make on Monday night. Symptoms for me had changed drastically from prior bouts, and they sounded more like mainstream reports of symptoms. This seemed to have merits to disclosure, for those interested in the topic. BTW, I have never been diagnosed with covid, nor ever gotten the Jab. However,

I did not know my tester could go as low as 86 - but it did. without even trying anything. Which I then followed with a niacin flush. However, instead of the normal 5-20 minute delay (40 minutes one time), this time it took 120 minutes from taking the niacin until getting the flush. Weirdness abounds. more when I get time.

However, instead of the normal 5-20 minute delay (40 minutes one time), this time it took 120 minutes from taking the niacin until getting the flush. Weirdness abounds. more when I get time.OK, so this was last week, Monday night. Let's see how much I can remember, and post here. Up to that point, I had been struggling through the brain fog, mostly from chronic lack of sleep. I was able to recognize that I must have covid, although the symptoms were different, opposite of my prior bouts - so this was all unfamiliar territory for me. But I conjured I should try some Hydroxychloriquine. But I think it needs a script. And the folks I know with Lupus or Rheumatoid Arthritis claim they don't have a script for HCQ (Plaquenil) either. HCQ is the 3rd tier of the cure. I was conjuring the 2nd tier was Chloriquine. But I didn't know if that needed a script (apparently it does), and I didn't know how to obtain some. The base level was Quinine, and I recalled that was available in the form of tonic water. So I decided to try that. I was surprised to find how many of the places I shop do not sell tonic water. Finally, on Monday night before retiring, after many days forgetting or failing to procure tonic water, I remembered enough to go back out and to a store that had some. Monday night, before going to bed, had some. I had about 1/4 of a liter bottle, so about 250ml. HOLY CR@P! Whatever I had (I think covid), it DID NOT LIKE the quinine! By the next day I felt I could summarize it as a violent reaction - but my body was merely the vessel, and not worse for wear. I struggled to get to sleep, as usual for the past week. The first thing I noticed: after a couple hours of sleep, I awoke for some reason, likely to cough more. But I noticed that my lungs were clear of the drowning sensation - for the first time in a week or 2. Just like that. That alone is a lifesaver - both literally (you can breathe, at will, freely, and deeply), and figuratively (amazing how quickly the brain fog evaporated when I could breathe, including the knowledge that each next breathe is possible). That dreaded symptom has not returned in the week since. A few times it felt like it might, but I have continued to take a few swallows of tonic water at night and morning, and it has never re-materialized. That was, by far, the greatest relief, but I will try to recall the other events. Some time after that, perhaps hour or 2, I think I was awoken by a sudden rush of liquid coming out of my head - it took me by surprise, and some choking, coughing, sputtering ensued. My sinus congestion had liquified, and it all came spouting out. Talk about suddenly having a clear head! I think I have only had this happen at the beach (ocean, saltwater), but many times, and it often took me by surprise then, as well. I don't recall this ever happening when not near a supply of saltwater. This vacated sinuses lasted for days. I needv to sleep, so these are notes to me: bloat, lower legs, coughing cleaned out, zinc ivermectin, no headaches productive with oj 40-50 years first night full sleep pulse ox smell
