Nobody is.

Ted-Bot sure as hell couldn't tell you.

It will all be overturned on appeal. Just a bunch of noise is all.

I'm not sure if this was a rhetorical comment, or not.
Technically, 6ix is correct, all 4 statements.

Have you ever paid a bill, an invoice, with a check?

First, writing a check is the first misdemeanor count, under New York Law.
Second, recording in the checkbook ledger the date, check number, payee, and amount is the second misdemeanor.
Third, notating on the Invoice the same data, is the third misdemeanor.

For 11 months, the monthly Invoices (bills) were paid by check - not by Trump, but by some nameless flunky or accountant in Trump's business. This is 33 of the counts, all misdemeanors. According to the Prosecutor, and the Family Court Judge from Columbia.
Also, IIRC, all 33 of these are far past the Statute of Limitations.

Now, under New York Law, these 33 misdemeanors can be elevated to Felonies, but only if there is an underlying Felony.

Trump has never been charged with any Felony.
The Prosecutor and Judge, working in Collusion, claim that there must be some Felony, they think there is, they suspect there is, they imply there is, they hope there is, they imagine there is. But they cannot identify any, they cannot specify any, they have no evidence of any, they could not charge any Felony.
So, without being charged with a crime, Trump's Defense could not defend against any charge which was never charged.

So, without any Felony charged, Trump was convicted of 33 misdemeanors, all of which were beyond the Statute of Limitations.

The Prosecutor does not know what crime Trump is Guilty of.
The Judge does not know what crime Trump is Guilty of.
The entire panel of Jurors could not agree on any crime that Trump was Guilty of - and they were given extremely wide latitude to search for one.
So, nobody knows what Trump is Guilty of.

Meanwhile, rampant murders went unchecked, unfettered, uncharged throughout NYC.

Shit really, 34 felonies?

Still dense, really?

Still?

We now wonder just how insipid you are.
Can you tell us the name of one felony that you claim he committed?

Just one? One felony?

Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsification of business records in the first degree, which is a felony in New York

Here you go, I give you 34.
T

I would be tempted to give you partial credit for your wrong, incorrect, or incomplete reply.

But lazily regurgitating the Lying Talking Points Lies that were spoon-fed to you is not really an answer, since you have merely repeated these same lies for this entire thread.

If you stated that Trump was charged with 33 counts of NY Penal 175.05 Falsification of Business Records in the Second Degree, then with Cohen being forced by the Prosecutor to Commit Perjury on the subject, then I could suspend disbelief enough to agree conditionally. These are Class A Misdemeanors, occurring for 9 months until Dec 2017. New York Statute of Limitations for Misdemeanors expires after 2 years. Which would be Dec 2019. These are all past the Statute of Limitations.

If you stated that Trump was charged with 33 counts of NY Penal 175.10 Falsification of Business Records in the First Degree, which requires the Second Degree counts plus an underlying Felony Charge, then with Cohen being forced by the Prosecutor to Commit Perjury on the subject, then I could suspend disbelief enough to ask what is the separate Felony Count Trump was Charged with? These are Class E Felonies, occurring for 9 months until Dec 2017.
New York Statute of Limitations for Class A Felonies never expire. For "all other Felonies" the limit is 5 years. These charges would have all expired in Dec 2022, and cannot be charged after that. The Charges and Indictment were in 2023, so they were all expired, and could not be charged within the Law.

In the interest of discussion, even if the charges could have been brought, what was the Felony Trump was charged with which was required to elevate the first 33 charges? The prosecutor could not name any charge, the Colluding Judge could not name any charge, and the Jury could not agree on any charge.
What was the Felony Charge?
None of the pretend 33 Felonies can be counted if there is not a separate Felony charge to elevate the first 33.
