I can't watch summary executions by police state death squads. Because I get mad, and want to get even. Prosecutors obstructed justice by refusing to let the grand jury see this video, but the family can personally contact the foreman.

Wow, it shows a violent criminal wrestling the taser away from the valient police officer and then tasering himself over and over again while the officer tries to get him to "calm down, please".

What's really amazing is the crowd of onlookers who then come up to the weeping police officer, overcome with grief at the suspect's wasted life, and console him and tell him "there's nothing more you could have done".

And since your not looking, three Jihadists come into the picture wearing 'Ron Paul '08' t-shirts and proceed to explain to the crowd that they were all going to die. Before they can detonate their vest the FBI bursts in and stops them with non-lethal force. The Jihadists wonder aloud how the FBI would know they were going to be there since the only people the told were random American citizens they called on the phone.

At that point an illegal alien with a bad leg, not real bad but bad enough that he would never have been able to climb a fence, wanders by, rapes and kills an onlooking child, and is then released by the officer with the admonishment to appear in court next week.

Its an amazing video. Oddly, I think its Adam Baldwin in the background.

Isn't it odd how "hero the govt prosecutor" is trolling internet forums all day, when he should be in court fighting bad guys, if "he" were really a govt trial lawyer, and not a roomfull of NSA/CIA/DIA/GOP nerds in underwear attempting to hijack the internet for a paycheck. Hero's probably outsourced to India.

Millions of govt employees are losing their jobs thanks to outsourcing, including IRS and court clerks. Resident aliens and illegal aliens are stealing millions more govt jobs, especially construction contracts, which is why Motor Voter laws register illegal aliens to vote.

Billions of taxdollars are spent to infiltrate news media and the internet. I'm multi-tasking.

First of all this is the first day in weeks that I'm not in court at all.

This morning I prepped the three jury trials for next Thursday. Only one will go, but I have three scheduled and all have to be ready. One will plea, I'm almost certain, one will get continued...I'm pretty sure, the other will go cause its underage drinking by a rich kid with an expensive attorney. All his co-defendants pled, but he can afford an attorney and that attorney can't understand why I wont give his client a deal. I said "I'm not giving a better deal to the one who can afford an attorney." I'm funny that way.

I also spent time advising a police officer on a citizen who was found to be deer hunting on his property without any kind of permit. Turns out its ok because his property is over 1 acre, its only got one dwelling, he was withing the specified time (you can't hunt at night), he was not shooting onto a neighbor's property, and he was using a bow and we don't restrict the use of bows unless it goes onto a neighbors property so tell the fella to have fun and see if he can get me some venison sausage.

I also took several phone calls and corrected a court clerical error as to a trial set next week.

I also watched an OVI video. It was funny. I laughed because I love my work and because the girl fell over and started swearing.

Then I spent a few minutes on FFF.net cause I don't smoke or drink coffee.

I note for the record that my there is a little Serenity model on my computer desk next to my wooden eagle, the shell casing from my grandfather-in-laws funeral, and a picture of River, my lab.
