DREAMTROVE

So, I figure that if Atheism is believe in nothing in control of the universe, what if I don't believe that anyone is in control of society? I dub this "Anarchism"

I was watching these videos of story of stuff. She has a lot of them here. While I think she has a liberally well intentioned end goal very similar to my own, I'm pretty sure that even when she suggests rejecting NWO solutions, her own solutions don't work:

Because they all require the action of a beneficent govt. which will come in, wave its divine hand and fix the problem, rather than be the architect of the problem in the first place.

I call this idea "Malarchy"

Simply put, Malarchy is the belief that govt. is evil, that it does not work for the benefit of the people, but against them, because it works for the special interests.

If I believe this malarkey, then no govt as angel solution is going to solve the problem. Ergo, we cannot pass laws, create regulatory agencies, etc. to stop problems because any law that conflicts with the special interests will not be enforced and any regulatory agency will be run by the special interests because those interests run the govt., a detail I feel as if I've proven here several times is an inescapable conclusion of applied logic (believe it or don't, like science, it's just going to keep on existing despite your lack of faith.)

So, given this, not that our govt. is currently being occupied by evil, but that evil is the inevitable end result of the existence of govt., how do you go about solving problems like pollution?

Take fracking as an example. Govts. appear to be lining up to support fracking, and strip away from citizens their rights to defend themselves against it, world wide. Near as I can figure, fracking does not generate a net energy boon, nor a net profit, but it is heavily subsidized, so someone is getting rich, and the energy is being practically given away so someone gets cheap energy, but the real goal seems to be the unnecessary use of thousands of toxic chemicals poured in billions of gallons into water supplies, at toxic levels of one part per billion. That means that we're talking ultimately of contaminating as much as 10^24 g of water. Roughly all the water there is. That's not industrial pollution, it's chemical warfare.

So, according to our govt, if you oppose it, you are not only a criminal, but in Pennsylvania, the Israeli IDF has been putting names of people who oppose Fracking on *our* terrorist watchlist. WTF? Fracking itself *is* terrorism.

Terrorism: A war of attrition. Targeting civilian populations. Attempting to control by fostering an atmosphere of fear. Limiting access to the essentials of life.

I think Fracking hits all four of these definitions I could find. But our govt. supports even foreign companies coming into my community, intentionally poisoning the water, killing the people, and taking and exporting the natural gas.

Maybe it's just been upgraded to war. The same countries officially suspected of attacking NY on 9/11/2001 are now doing more damage killing more people, and doing it with official govt. sanction, for profit.

I feel pretty confident that govt. is not about to hand us a solution, as it was their idea in the first place.

So, in a world of malarchy, how do you apply a solution?

That's what a ship is, you know - it's not just a keel and a hull and a deck and sails, that's what a ship needs.

There is perhaps an unfortunate similarity in the name of your theory of evil government and the word "malarkey."

But I think it's an accurate assessment anyway.

Now factor in T. Boone and his plan to take advantage of the government loophole offered to them on a platter, and contaminate all the water he can, except for the water he's selling to people.

With a shovel.
I'll leave you to figure out what that means.

That was intentional. See above.

Govt exists to prevent us from taking direct action against the terrorists. We need a more subtle but effective approach. If I'm missing a subtlety, say it off the board.

I think it might be safe to assume that our Mal is a malarchist.

He summed it up very nicely: "Someone ever tries to kill you, you try to kill 'em right back."

The real dilemma is what do the pacifist malarchists do?

1. You try non-violence first. Talk to the killers. Negotiate. Do they want anything besides killing you?

2. Raise a better generation of people who don't want to kill you.

3. Run.

4. Die.

5. Fuck pacifism.

I think fight has to come before die on your priority list.

I put fight last, cause if you end up choosing that over #4 (death), you're no longer a pacifist and you just go back to Mal's Rule.
