Kevin Costner is the real deal. One of the greats.

Oh... And Funko Pops suck.

Looks like the millennial, Democrat adult man-babies ran out of money in Biden*'s America because they're going to throw $30 Million worth of them in a landfill.

Fuckin' broke nerds.

That's not very climate friendly, is it?

Maybe putting Gay Black Jiahdi Tranny islamic Mexico Muzzie Lesbians in everything, some call it woke but I refuse to use that word its like regressive zombie politics trying to virtue signal.

Before you watch a movie or show check out rumble or bitchute and AwakenwithJp or CriticalDrinker or MarkDice just to see how stupid the tv show / film could possibly be and if its worth it

Back the the original post I could probably watch Tale of Desperaux without hating it, seems like a very well animated Mouse type movie with a lotf of kids drama happening, I would only watch it once, movie Grease is kind of dumb if you've watched those classic Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers and Rita Hayworth era dance scenes, 'Grease' will be dumb if you keep watching it.

For some strange reason perverted tinsel town Hollyweird is remaking it

I'd add a guy called Disparu to your go-to list too.

You'd never get me to sit down and watch a single second of Velma, but I watched every 20 to 30 minute breakdown video he did for each episode and found them highly enjoyable.

I also liked his breakdown on the first two episodes of Milf Manor and wished he did more of them, but I think that show was just so absolutely abhorrent to him that he couldn't find the will to watch episode 3.

I love Critical Drinker, but I'd only recommend watching his videos on something you know you would never want to actually watch too. He's very spoiler heavy, so if you see him making a video on something you think you might actually want to watch, check out the title of his video before watching it. He's usually pretty good about giving a thumbs up or thumbs down right in the video title, so if you respect his opinion on things and he liked the movie/tv show in the title of the video, you should probably just watch it first and then go back to see what his thoughts on it were after you've seen it.

Awaken with JP is awesome. I can take or leave Mark Dice and put him on the same level of Ben Shapiro. It's not that I don't agree with either of them more often than not, but both of their personalities just kind of rub me the wrong way and I don't think they're the type of people that I'd enjoy hanging out with in real life.

I love Kevin Costner and I tried to watch "Yellowstone" but gave up part way through season 1. I had the discs out from my local library. >>shudder<< That show is soooo soapy it made me want to take a shower after tempting to watch it. I mean I thought I had suds all over me.

And I tell you this I hate, HATE soap operas with a passion. I will not watch any of them.

Wow. Really?

I've had a few people tell me it was really good. But soaps are just awful. I remember my grandma watched them all the time when I was a kid and I couldn't even be in the room while they were on.

Did you like Tin Cup? I loved Tin Cup.

Yes. I love it is set in Montana but it feels and is written like all the soap operas my mom used to watch. So just no.

Had to edit myself here. Made a mistake on the state it is set in. I said Wyoming but it is set in Montana.

Yeah. You know what? I think my aunt said it was really good.

I don't think there are too many movies or shows that we like that would overlap.

Even though I got her the cheap cable internet she had to get Discovery+ for her food shows and reality TV like the fat sisters and the one about the little people. There's no way I could watch any of that.

I confessed one time in the garden thread that I watch "My 600lb Life" on YouTube but I can't tell you why. But I only do it on YouTube.

And I have never seen an episode of "Survivor" anywhere just because I think it is so rigged it's not funny.

Yeah, "Yellowstone" is in my opinion not one of Kevin Costner's better ideas for a job.

My uncle got me into that show during the 2nd season and we watched the 3rd season together too. We both kind of lost interest after the 4th season started though.

Me and a few friends watched "The Real World" on MTV when it first came out too. That was the granddaddy of all "Reality" TV. Pretty groundbreaking at the time back before everybody else was doing it.

Shame. I watch so little TV these days I probably wasn't ever going to get around to watching it anyhow, but probably no chance I ever would after your review.

Exactly.

Never ever seen an episode of "Survivor" and never ever will.

I probably heard of "The Real World" but I don't remember it as I didn't watch MTV back in the day.

Sorry. There has been a couple of prequels to it done. One is called 1883? I think. I was maybe going to watch it only cause Tim McGraw is in it playing Kevin Costner's great granddaddy or something like that. I can't stand McGraw's wife Faith and so the only thing attracting me is Tim. I do so love that man. Then there is the other one titled "1923" which stars Helen Mirren and Harrison Ford as Kevin Costner's characters parents. If I can find them at my library, I might check those out as I am hopeful they won't be as soapy.

Movies?

Holy crap... Let's talk commercials.

I haven't watched commercials for about 15 years since I cut the cord, but try getting through a 30 minute TV show on any network that doesn't have a commercial with a dufus white Dad, a smart black mom and a brown and asian kid in 2023.

And I'm only slightly exaggerating on that. Slightly.

I don't think "shorts" can be embedded here, so quote my post to get the link and watch Chris Rock making jokes about how there are no white couples in commercials anymore and there aren't no black couples either.
