I didn't read the article but wondered if they left him intentionally? How do you not do a head count when leaving a CAVE??

I was thinking the same thing ... but, it's a student group, a club, not a professional guide organization. It's really thoughtless and careless and dangerous, but not anything else.

In fact, when he didn't show up at class or at work, the group went DUH! maybe we left him behind, and got him out.

Trump is not the problem. He set himself against the Deep State's agenda. And the Deep State's been heading for WWIII for years.
As for you, you're just a Deep State useful idiot, furthering its agenda. So I hope you enjoy cesium in your coffee. You've earned it.
