I thought about that. But I think the FBI has jurisdiction over interstate flights. That's why they have federal marshalls on them.

And she also spit on him. In a crowded confined space of an aircraft fuselage passenger cabin. Because, yanno, that is the best way to prevent the spread of infectious disease.
In addition to charges of interfering with a flight crew, this Karen bimbo should also be charged just as those kids were who were pretending to cough on street passerby.

Case in point. Yesterday I wanted to call my local pharmacy to ask about prescriptions since there's a long weekend coming up and my meds run out on Monday. And I didn't want any hiccups to happen ON MONDAY, so I wanted to ask them to fill them early. But I didn't have the number on my phone because it's still relatively new. So I called 411. Now, after I provided city, state, and name of business, 411 - provided by Tracfone btw - gave me 10 listings, NONE of them the pharmacy less than a mile away. So I called again just to be sure. Nope, really not there.

So I called customer service. Which, after going through extensive menus and being put on hold, was answered by some Pilipino, who apparently wasn't able go to the computer and google the business and give me the number. So I asked him to please try to correct their 411 information to include the pharmacy near me. He explained that 411 was provided by a third party to Tracfone. Nevertheless he diligently tried to find a way to communicate with them, but couldn't.

It's a good thing I had alternates available to me and didn't depend on Tracfone for something important.

But I was irritated. This is the nth time I've dealt with that customer service (one time I had my call dropped 6X!!! in a row as soon as someone - in the Philippines - picked up the line). And, of the times I've managed to get through, not once was the person able to address my problem. Basically, if you can't manage to get help with their ridiculously long menu, you're screwed.

So I told him I wasn't irritated with him, and that I recognized they were all working hard and doing their best to do a good job. BUT that they didn't have to tools or resources, and that I was VERY unhappy with Tracfone, and I'd be ditching the service as soon as possible.



So basically - who knows why the woman was grumpy. But we all need to cut people at least a little bit of slack for being mildly human from time to time. She didn't demean anyone,. She didn't call names. She didn't use expletives. She didn't physically threaten. She was - at worst - mildly grumpy. And the man was out of line for being a real-world-troll and escalating the situation with a personal verbal attack

I still stand by my post.
