Jesus Christ.

Well... He'd better pay them your money now. Or they're just going to burn your fucking house down when he doesn't.

I'm kind of wondering how it's fair that you're going to give a 1 time lump sum payment to a specific color people that hovers just around 80% of every dollar I've ever earned since I started working 26 years ago.

I won't wait for a legitimate answer since one does not exist.

I posted about this a few times before guys but maybe the news seemed so insane it just slipped under your radar

It's been happening before Grabbing Noise-some one I remember was 'London Breed' ...she had an obsession with flooding California with special mixes of other race, none White Yellow, no Hindu Brown, nor any Native America who were originally there but she chose foreign Mexico, foreign Afro Black and Pacific island people and used it all as a giant human petri dish experiment and wanted to flood California with foreign Brood Parasites, Cuckold of the animal kingdom that forces others to raise their alien brood parasite eggs, like the Cowbird, the Japanese Crap or African catfish, the common Cuckoo and Genetic Swamping?

'London Nicole Breed' specifically pushed stealing taxes from other Americans to reward $1,000 to African Negroid Black entering the State, foreign Mexicans and Pacific Island women would be rewarded with other peoples money fr popping humans out of their vaginas. Breed has also explored multiple options for guaranteed universal payment income.

The insanity hit mainstream news CNN, Fox and the Huff Huff Huffington Post had the story about rewarding aliens who came in to California and got pregnant.

I've posted about this, too. But then, it was just an idea. Now, it's a product of Gavin Noisome's commission with, a specific dollar amount attached.

Setting aside the fiscal irresponsibility, it's patently unjust and racist.

Let's look at the logic.

Because of racial mixing, I doubt you can find a 100% descendant of slaves today. So, if you find someone with "one drop of blood", even if not visibly black, do they qualify? For a reduced amount? Or, since prejudice is tied to skin color, do we measure a person's skin tone and apportion payouts accordingly? What about anyone with brown skin?

What about other discriminated groups? Women, for example, have (and still often are) been systematically discriminated against, and wealth extracted from them disproportionately. What about reparations for the Japanese, whos were interned and robbed of their assets in WWII?

Who pays for this, and (more importantly) why? My husband wasn't even born in the USA, and my grandparents weren't. What does my family have to do with slavery? In fact, since most people's families immigrated to the USA, and especially California, post-slavery, what do they have to do with slavery?

There are people whose ancestors fought on the Union side, to free slaves and end slavery. Do they get a discount?

Even descendants of slave owners - they're not responsible for what their great great great grandad did.

California was never a slave state. How did/does California benefit from slavery?

There still is ongoing prejudice, there's no question about that. And black and poor families were disproportionately robbed of their biggest asset - their homes- in the crash of 2008, thanks to unaffordable mortgages with inscrutable fine print pushed on people who were hoping to ride the home ownership escalator up. Also, let's not forget, Obama's policy of making the banks whole instead of people ("Occupy", remember?)

And we know that banks and insurances red-lined certian neighborhoods in the past.

But the only way to make up for ongoing prejudice is rigid adherence to equitable treatment in education, jobs, purchases, rentals, loans, and the justice system. No freebies based on sex, race, religion etc.

Also, we have to recognize that our economic system runs on exploitation. If we aren't exploiting blacks we're exploiting women, or foreign cheap labor, or illegal migrants.

2.3 million Californian blacks times $223,200 per person equals == $513 billion.

California state government equals $235 billion in General Fund spending for 2022-23
https://calbudgetcenter.org/resources/2022-23-california-state-budget-
explained
/

California’s GDP == $3,370 billion
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economy_of_California

California could do it if the payments were spread out over 20 years (or 40 years) like an annuity or like Social Security, but for Blacks Only. California would need a bureaucracy just like Social Security has, or insurance companies have for annuities so that payments don't go to dead people or to people who aren't Californians.
Quote:

The group added, "According to the economic consultant team, the $559 billion figure represents the State of California’s ‘maximum liability’ for de jure homeownership discrimination 'if all 2,550,459 Black California residents who lived in the state in 2021 were descendants of the enslaved in the United States and had spent the entire time period from 1933 to 1977 in California (or were the legal heir of a person that did).'"

Yup. Like I said before, you'd better hope he pays them with your money now, or they're going to burn your house down.

You weren't cheated out of money in the housing market of Indiana, 6ix, which is why nobody is talking about you receiving reparations for being cheated.

From page 36 of the report: Consider Paul Austin and Tenisha Tate-Austin, who bought a home in Marin City in 2016. Three years later, a white appraiser valued their home for $500,000 less than it was worth . . . (details that 6ixStringJack won't read) . . .

What does California owe the Campbells, the Shorts, the Simmonses, the Austins, and the 2.28 million Black Californians who have experienced different versions of these stories?

California Task Force to Study and Develop Reparation Proposals for African Americans
INTERIM REPORT Printed in the USA June 2022
https://oag.ca.gov/ab3121/reports

The quesstimation for reparations is around a half trillion dollars because Blacks have been cheated out of about a half trillion dollars in real estate. Total value of all housing in California is several trillion dollars, just for reference.

What is the total value of California real estate?
$9.24 trillion
According to Zillow, at the state level, California's housing market remains the most valuable in the country, with a total value of $9.24 trillion as of last December, accounting for more than a fifth – 21.3 percent – of the national total.

Oh fuck off. I earned it, and I'm smarter than most other folk of any race or sex that buy a house.

I bought a house that needed a ton of work, and I got it at a steal because of a young white family that bought more house than they ultimately could afford and got evicted because of shady loans that exploded in 2008.

I also spent 6 months and hundreds of phone calls gathering paperwork and evidence to purposefully devalue the home to the level it should have been, without having to pay a lawyer, saving me at least $18k in property taxes that I wasn't supposed to be paying since I moved in.

My point here is that if you're a white man in America in the last decade, you're the last person to be hired at a job. That's a simple fact. You'd better be bringing a lot of extra stuff to the table with you because if you get hired as a white man, the company you want to work for won't get the racist and sexist Federal tax credits that it would get for hiring anybody else but you.

You would know this if you actually ran a business, but yanno... Serial liar.

I have heard a thousand white Texans tell me the same old stories about jobs since 1970. But the reparations in California aren't airy-fairy job stories about not being hired. It is about Blacks being cheated in real estate deals. The California legislature will NOT compensate these Blacks for being robbed blind and I am sure that suing the people who did the robbing won't work because the court systems can't handle 2.23 million new cases alleging fraud and misrepresentation.

6ix, businesses create jobs like they create waste. Neither jobs nor waste (be it trash, scrape, sewage, smokestack emissions, etc.) are why businesses exist. This is why there are fewer jobs all the time. This is also why most farmers and their farmhands retired. Farms are for growing food, not for growing jobs. That's why my parents moved to Pasadena, Texas to work for Burger King in 1965, since farming jobs were decreasing while food production increased.

I'm not whining. Hence the /snark when I made the reply. All I'm doing is pointing out to Sigs that everybody gets fucked. Including whites and males.

I'm just finished listening to anybody else crying every fucking day about how bad they've got it. If you're a victim, it's because you allow yourself to be victimized. Period.

Meanwhile, I'm 43 and retired.

That half a trillion dollars for reparations would be better spent on building more houses sold directly and only to people who don't own real estate in California. But existing homeowners living in old houses that have increased in value by 200% or more would hate the idea of a home building boom because the value of their tired old houses would decrease. Average house California sells for $800,000. https://www.noradarealestate.com/blog/california-housing-market/

I figured I'd let a smart black woman explain these "reparations" to the stupid white dude going by the handle Second here. Ted gets a pass because for whatever reason woke race based issues is the only single problem he seems to have with his party...

KIRA DAVIS: The left's half-a-trillion-dollar slavery reparations fantasy is a woke joke - and an insult to every black American whose ancestors sought freedom from government, NOT more bondage to it

By Kira Davis For Dailymail.Com

Published: 10:42 EST, 5 December 2022 | Updated: 10:42 EST, 5 December 2022

Kira Davis is host of the podcast 'Just Listen to Yourself with Kira Davis'

Black America's ancestors are turning over in their graves.

A California task force to 'study and develop reparations' is nothing short of a boondoggle.

A 500-page mess of social engineering, vague definitions, and impossible spending, not designed to address the important issue of racial wealth disparity, but to use handouts to hide the progressive left's true cynical objective – power and control.

At its core, this proposal views black people as infantilized, uneducated victims, who most certainly can't be trusted with the tools to improve their own lives.

It is an insult. A mirage. A distraction.

First, the black community cannot even agree on the fundamental question of who should receive reparations.

I'm a California resident and tuned into the task force's last meeting, which was marred by accusations of bias, discrimination and corruption.

Some advocated for anyone of black racial heritage — including immigrants and their descendants — to receive compensation, while others argued that only black American descendants of slaves should be eligible.

In the end, the committee determined that black residents who are descendants of either black slaves or 'free Black person[s] living in the United States prior to the end of the 19th century' would qualify.

This superficial progress was hailed as a victory, but scratch below the surface and it's clear that they've done little to advance the impossible dream of true racial reparations.

In fact, they may have set it back further.

Once upon a time, freed American slaves were promised 40 acres and a mule as compensation for their pain.

Freed slaves, for the most part, found the offer acceptable. The reason for this is simple – the only way to escape poverty is to accumulate wealth. Not cash. Wealth. And wealth requires ownership.

Understanding this, our ancestors from the era of slavery were content with the opportunity to work for their own families in pursuit of their own future, rather than continued forced servitude for the benefit of whites.

40 acres and a mule is what they were promised, but not what they received. The rest is history.

But now we see that the original promise of black American ownership has also been lost, replaced by the reparations task force's horrifying labyrinth of Black Lives Matters-inspired government committees, oversight, and social justice programs.

This committee is supposed to be the model for reparations across the country?

What a joke.

Their report focused on comparatively irrelevant issues like climate racism, discrimination in entertainment, and domestic violence caused by alleged white supremacy.

Rather than focusing on the legacy of slavery and segregation, the committee dedicated absurd amounts of attention to the health of black LGTBQ Americans.

More than 400 pages into the document, we're told black transgender 'women' are 'less likely to access healthcare' because of the 'legacy of enslavement.' Or that black LGBTQ Americans have also been found to have higher rates of diabetes, asthma, heart attacks, and cancer

I have not interviewed every single black person in America, but I can confidently say – as a black person – that if you asked a random person of color on the street what the purpose of reparations is, no one would say it is about compensating men, who believe they are women for their health battles.

But this report is more than just ridiculous – it's dangerous.

The committee pushes for the redistribution of businesses and property in California, allegedly stolen through 'racial terror'—a ridiculously vague and pernicious idea.

It evokes the disastrous redistribution of farmland in Zimbabwe in the early 2000s. The Zimbabwe government seized farms from white landowners, who had owned their properties for generations and redistributed them to black farmers.

But farming was the backbone of the nation and is a precise and labor-intensive industry. The random redistribution put inexperienced farmers in charge of highly fertile lands. The economy crashed, and eventually the government had to admit the entire scheme was a failure.

Would this type of redistribution mean seizing land and businesses from their current owners in California, granted those people are not black?

Such a thought is deeply concerning, as an American and as a decent human being.

There is also a recommendation to create more mandatory anti-bias curricula, which is already happening in California public schools. So-called 'anti-racism' training has already ignited fury among parents of all races for its embedded discrimination against white students.

In fairness, not all the recommendations are an intellectual stretch.

The call for reparations due to housing discrimination and Jim Crow segregation are legitimate, but alas, not taken seriously.

The committee designed a whopping $223,000 per person for housing issues alone. That amounts to over half a trillion dollars, not to mention what will inevitably be required in order to rectify bizarre complaints over transgender diabetes and climate change.

California can't afford this. The current state budget is $308 billion and facing a $25 billion deficit.

It's clear that the committee is far more concerned with social engineering and woke virtue-signaling than building self-sustaining black communities.

It's not what black America's ancestors wanted. All they ever asked for was what they were owed: their land and compensation for their servitude in order to build wealth.

Instead, the Californian vision of reparations is an unrealistic fantasy based on punishing 'white offenders' by stripping them of their privilege — be it their property, wealth or status.

The reality is that if the fate of black Americans is reliant on the decisions of committees, they will never be free to solve their own problems – and that's just how the left wants it to be.

Go ahead, give the task force trillions – the head of the Department of African American/Freedman Affairs will become the most powerful political force in California. Another unelected bureaucrat, accountable to no one. And all the while, the scheme remains entirely unaffordable.

The real course to correct the injustices black Americans have suffered would be to work to bring wealth and prosperity to all Americans.

Loosen the reins of burdensome laws and policies that discourage entrepreneurs, set up business incubators in low-income areas, lower the cost and raise the quality of education, and support policies that encourage the growth and perpetuation of the nuclear family.

But they won't do that.

That puts the power in the hands of the people, and We, the People are the last thing on the minds of the powerful elite who have become far too accustomed to using the plight of black America as a political football.

Black America should not trade one master for another.

Typical flimflam man.

The Bailout Tracker at Propublica says the Federal government made a profit of $109 billion as of Nov 2022 on the bailout:
https://projects.propublica.org/bailout/
That $109 billion in profits includes money paid back by bailed-out companies as well as revenue from dividends, loan interest, warrants, and other proceeds.

There is different estimate at MIT, but the entire academic calculation is trying to convince you that the government (if it had, instead, invested the bailout money on the stock market or for-profit loans or bonds) would have made a far bigger profit than $109 billion and, therefore, the Bailout must have lost money. Sorry to tell the professor, but the Federal government is not a for-profit business. Here is a little bit of the story: https://mitsloan.mit.edu/ideas-made-to-matter/heres-how-much-2008-bail
outs-really-cost

Here is a whole lot more, but you can read the entire paper:
Quote:

Table 2: Summary of Fair Value Bailout Costs

Institution vs Cost
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac $311 billion
Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) $90 billion
Federal Housing Authority (FHA) $60 billion
Federal Reserve $21 billion
Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) $10 billion
Small Business Lending Fund (SBLF) $6 billion
Total $498 billion
Source: Deborah J. Lucas, MIT Sloan School of Management

That conclusion rests on many uncertain assumptions, and the estimates presented here, individually and collectively, should be viewed as having wide error bands. (No kidding. The error bands are so wide that a real profit is turned into a theoretical loss.)

Three possible approaches to cost measurement are evaluated here through the lens of a simplified Arrow-Debreu state pricing framework. The Arrow-Debreu approach clearly shows why some approaches make sense and others do not, and why different approaches lead to widely divergent cost estimates.

The third approach simply adds together all realized cash flows between the government and the bailed out entity, positive and negative. This is referred to as ex post cash accounting. (In the venture capital context this is referred to as cash-in cash-out.) This approach is not theoretically justifiable for several reasons. It neglects time value and risk adjustment, and ignores the possibility that the outcome could have been different than what transpires. Nevertheless, it is most frequently how costs are calculated in popular accounts and government reports, as well as in some analyses by academics.

The press typically reports bailout costs on an ex post cash basis despite the problems with that approach. For example, ProPublica, a highly regarded non-partisan news organization, created a “Bailout Tracker” that has been keeping a running tally of government asset purchases and cash receipts under TARP and from the bailout of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. In their most recent update dated September 27, 2018, they report a total net government “profit” of $97 billion. Policymakers also tend to cite ex post cash results.

I am opposed to the Federal government paying the mortgages of people who couldn't keep up their payments. But that is my prejudice dating back to the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008. The Economic Stabilization Act actually earned a profit, but paying mortgages would have caused the Federal government to lose $trillions. The entire idea of foreclosing on homes is to get debtors (not the Federal government) to either pay those $trillions or else the homeowners and their children are out on their asses. Reparations to Blacks are mostly about Blacks' real estate losses. I don't think California's legislature will pass a reparations bill, not even one chance in a billion, so this is all theoretical. Unlike the Federal government, California can't create money out of thin air, so California will never pass reparations. If California could create the money out of thin air to pay the reparations then there might be a chance reparations would pass, but even then California might not do it because creating all that extra money for reparations might trigger a wave of hyperinflation in Cali-dollars or Cali-pesos.

Yeah. Their little conference seems to me to be like when I was a kid and my uncle bought a lotto ticket for me and I made all the plans of what I was going to do with the money when I won. I'm sure they feel at least as entitled to that money as I did when I was 7 years old.

The only difference is, I didn't go around and burn down neighborhoods when I didn't win.

Reparations is never going to happen. Idiot Newsom just lit up a powder keg by putting a figure on it.

Most blacks in California either don't want that "free" money and know that it's not free and/or know that it's not going to happen in the first place.

But some of them are already counting it and making plans for it.

Have fun, California... Waiting on those cops you shit on for a year to show up at your door to save you when the looting begins after they get the bad news.

My only question is, why do it now?

Politicians always offer shit they never intend to pay before an election (See Also: Biden's pre-mid-term college loan forgiveness grift)

We just had an election, Gavin. People's memory last about 2 weeks on average. A month after the fallout from this happens they won't even remember any of it anymore.

I was watching the live-action version of Pinocchio. What does that got to do with this? 6ix, you would be enraged at Pinocchio's "wokeness" because the Blue Fairy was played by a Black actress. The Blue Fairy told Pinocchio that he would become a real human if he proves brave, truthful and unselfish. Many Americans can't do even two out of three: brave/truthful/unselfish. Even more Americans go to Pleasure Island, where Pinocchio almost became a jackass working in the salt mines. It is inevitable that Americans who can't even live up to Pinocchio's standards would NOT pay for reparations because they are uncontrolled raging jackasses. By the way, Pinocchio killed Monstro the Whale because many problems can only be permanently solved when somebody who stands forever in the way of a solution dies. Killing Monstro was the final step in making Pinocchio a real human.

Social Security, passed and signed by President Roosevelt in 1935, left out most African Americans for the first quarter century of its existence. Southern congressional representatives heavily influenced the Social Security Act with devastating results. The federal government gave the power to control benefit levels, eligibility, and administration of such programs to the states and excluded occupations mostly held by African Americans. At the time, sixty-five percent of African Americans fell outside of eligibility for the Social Security program — and between 70 and 80 percent fell outside eligibility requirements in different parts of the South.

For example, in 1940, the year Social Security payments for seniors began, the Social Security Board identified nearly 2.3 million Black workers as eligible for old age insurance, but the majority of those identified were disqualified because they were farm or domestic workers. These exclusions continued until 1954, when the occupational exclusions were eliminated.

Hmmmmmm...

And yet, the conclusion wasn't to limit reparations to only the people who worked a majority of their working lives prior to 1954, in occupations "mostly held by African Americans".

How many of THOSE black individuals are still alive today... In California? How many non-blacks who were denied the same benefits are still alive today in California and will they get these reparations as well?

So what is your fucking point again?

U.S. government policies, as discussed in Chapter 5, Housing Segregation, penned African Americans into poorer neighborhoods with polluting industries, garbage dumps, and other sources of toxic health harms.

Local governments zoned Black neighborhoods as industrial instead of residential specifically to segregate Black residents from white residents. White neighborhoods frequently were zoned by local entities to explicitly ensure that few industrial or polluting businesses could locate within them, again pushing environmental pollution into Black neighborhoods.

Redlined and segregated Black neighborhoods were cheaper for polluting industries to build on. This became a downward spiral: the more garbage dumps and sewer treatment plants a neighborhood had, the cheaper the land was, and the more likely that other polluting industries would move in. Without access to the mortgages and loans available to white Americans, . . . prevented African Americans from moving away from polluting sources.

Black Californians have also been forced to live in substandard housing, sometimes as a direct result of government action. One historical example is the federal government’s building of public housing in Richmond to accommodate ship workers during World War II, which was officially and explicitly segregated. As part of those efforts, the federal government put programs in place that enabled white workers to access permanent, residential housing, but offered Black workers no permanent housing. While some Black workers were able to find low-quality, long-term housing in areas of the East Bay, others lived in barns, minimal shelter like tents or cardboard shacks, or even without any shelter in open fields.

Historically, federal public housing was explicitly created to segregate Black Californians into areas with greater pollution burdens due to immediately adjacent polluting sources. For example, when the federal government built public housing in Richmond to accommodate ship workers, as discussed above, it placed the temporary housing for Black workers by the railroad tracks and shipbuilding areas, subjecting them to particulate matter (e.g., small cancer-causing particles associated with diesel exhaust) and industrial pollution, but built higher quality housing for white workers further inland.

Many areas within California still demonstrate racial disparities traceable to state and federal government action. Studies throughout the 1990s have found that largely Black and Latino people in Los Angeles are the most heavily impacted by pollution and toxic waste sites. Neighborhoods that were explicitly redlined by federal agencies in the 1930s — ranging from South Stockton to West Oakland to Wilmington in Los Angeles — continue to have some of the highest average pollution levels in the state.

That same argument can be reworked against Social Security and Medicare. It goes something like this: many people are successful and don't need the Federal government paying to them retirement money or paying their doctor and hospital. These successful people can pay for themselves. Social Security and Medicare are "infantilizing and insulting" to successful people.

By the way, it was a standard position of Republicans I know that taxing their paychecks to pay for somebody else's Social Security and Medicare was wrong, Wrong, WRONG. That definitely reminds me of what would happen if reparations ever got passed in California.

Yeah?

And I've made that argument before too.

People who need it in retirement are told every year they might get only 70% of it unless Congress changes the law. Meanwhile, I know old people who only paid a paltry portion of their salary into it most of their working lives compared to what is taken out of paychecks today that don't need the benefits in retirement and use that is their "fuck you" money to burn up and lose at the gambling boats.

I've already suggested my two-step fix for that.

1) Don't tax SS/Medicare on anything under the Federal standard deduction for anyone. ($13,850 for single filers and $27,700 for married filers in 2023).

2) After the Standard Deduction, there is no cap.

If you want to get real spicy, then add a Step 3 and also affix a SS/Medicare tax on the REAL RICH PEOPLE who don't actually have any working income and make their money through capital gains above a reasonable threshold.

I don't see a problem with Social Security and Medicare. Somebody who worked all of their young lives should not have to worry about starving to death or dying in a cold house when their body is old and frail. And since it's not based off of race or sex or any other IDpol Democrat bullshit, it has the possibility of being a fair system if somebody finally implements it right.

The only reason why paychecks were taxed, rather than incomes, was because of politics. Unless there was an individual account for every American, the Republicans would kill Social Security and Medicare because it is "unfair," in the mind of GOP politicians. Democrats used those individual accounts to say that you were simply getting back the money you paid in. There would not have these problems with funding SS and Medicare if the money collected from paychecks had been invested (exactly the same way an insurance company handles annuities) rather than used to buy bonds that pay 1.4% interest. Every country, except the US, invests their retirement funds, but US can't because of . . . all Republican Congressmen (and some rather stupid Democrats from the South).

We've already had this discussion.

I didn't say to not tax everyone.

I said to not tax anybody for a penny on the Standard Deduction. And then to put no cap on it so every dollar earned after the SD is taxed.

Great! There is a funding method for Social Security that you support, despite Social Security not paying until you are 62 years old. If you die before 62, tough luck. Reparations for everybody in California, not just blacks, could be financed the same way, but you have to wait until you are 62! Also, reparations does not arrive in one big fat $223K check, but in a bunch of little checks once a month for everybody in California 62 y.o. or older, not just blacks.

Since the average Social Security check at age 62 is $2,572, the California reparation check will also be $2,572. That's 100 months (or 8 years 4 months) times $2,572 per month equals $257,200 worth of California reparations. ($223K was the actual calculated reparations.) Now we know how to finance California reparations in a way that 6ixStringJack would approve of. Since California already has a state income tax, and more than a million millionaires to pay that tax, reparations can work in California. The beautiful part about California reparations is that the checks stop after the full amount is received by age 70 approximately, unlike regular Social Security which never stops, no matter if you live to be 120 years old!

No it isn't dummy, but I know exactly how you got that. Looks like Google lied to you again.

Click on the bankrate.com article that Google used to provide those fake numbers and actually read it.

The Average check today for ALL recipients, of any age, including disability payments and survivor benefits payments is only $1,550.48.

Here's the part that Google grabbed and presented as the answer to your question:

Quote:

The maximum initial monthly benefit for 2023 by retirement age:

At age 62: $2,572
At age 65: $3,279
At age 66: $3,506
At age 70: $4,555

These figures assume a worker had steady earnings at the maximum taxable level since age 22. For 2023, maximum taxable income is $160,200, a number that usually rises each year.

This isn't only hilarious, but is a great example of how you lack any critical thinking skills whatsoever, and why it is so easy for the Legacy Media to make you believe whatever they tell you to.

Have a nice day!

Boy! If I were getting $2,572 per month at 65 in today's dollars I'd be living like a king!

That'd be over 4 times what I spent in 2022, year 2 of Bidenflation.

Nah. My monthly benefit at 62 if I don't come out of retirement is just shy of $800 per month after the 8.7% boost because of insane Democrat caused inflation, which would still mean I'd have saved more than $2,000 by the end of this year.

And anyone making $2,572 per month in retirement doesn't even need the money and is essentially lighting it on fire every month when I could live off of it for over 4 months.

The California Reparation is completely unlike Social Security because everybody gets their check when they reach 62. There is no delay until you are 65 or 68 or 70 to get a bigger check. All checks are exactly the same amount for everybody who reached 62. And the checks stop once you reach $262,000 total checks. That's the end of reparations for you, once you hit that amount. You don't get more money if you have more African DNA or have a sadder life story before your checks started arriving. Everybody gets the same amount because that is the only way the California Reparations would ever become law. Obviously, all the California millionaires would oppose the California Reparations because the millionaires are paying most of the reparations with their income taxes.

And 62 is not a sacred number. The checks could start for everybody at a younger age, but the checks still stop once the Californian has received $262,000 total checks or dies. There is no way for a solo grandchild to poison his grandparents and parents in order to receive in the future 6 times $262,000 as an inheritance from those 6 adult murders. The checks stop at death.

I'm not even following your train of thought at this point. What you seem to be proposing sounds even less plausible than racist reparations for blacks since the insane amount of additional people added to the cost would put it up into the trillions... forever, instead of a one time occurrence.

California doesn't have a printing press like the FED does.

Not only that, but even if you could afford paying it by taxing the millionaires in California so hard that they're making the same amount of money as a kid flipping burgers does, how long do you think you're going to have any millionaires living in California?

SPOILER ALERT: If your answer is anything other than "they all moved out of state by the end of the week", your answer is incorrect.
