Likes to mess with stuffs.

She was a regular cast member in the original "Star Trek" series, and was married to "Star Trek" creator Gene Roddenberry.

NEW YORK — The woman who was known as "The First Lady of Star Trek" has died.

Majel Barrett Roddenberry was an actress who was married to "Star Trek" creator Gene Roddenberry.

She appeared in the original Star Trek series as Nurse Christine Chapel, and also had a role in "Star Trek: The Next Generation."

We sniff the air, we don't kiss the dirt.

She still has one more role to play--She will once again be the voice of the Enterprise computer in the new movie.

RIP

She holds a revered place in all Star Trek fan's hearts. My favorite series for her was the 1974 animated Star Trek, where she was able to do multiple parts and voices. Rest In Peace.

Sounds corny, but I always loved that computer voice. It's a great loss, but she left behind a lasting legacy and is revered in the sci fi community.

She will truly be missed and will always be remembered.

She did Mountain Con ( I was working it) and she was incredibly generous to fans. There were still people in line when it came time for her to leave and she stayed until the last fan who wanted one had a signed piece....which ended up being 4 hours later. Not once did she complain or get huffy. She was unfailingly charming and sweet despite the fact that she had a 14 hour day. She was a lovely woman and will be missed.

She was at a Comic-Con I attended. I echo everything MsA said. Truly a kind hearted, lovely person.
