OK, maybe this has been mentioned on an earlier thread, or maybe I'm just an idiot, but I think Morena Baccarin (Inara) is in a commercial for Secret Deodorant. If it's her, she says something like," Jen, did you wear my black blouse last night?
"Does it look like I wore it?"
(Clips of Jen partying in the blouse)
"Well, no." (and then she makes the "Mal has just walked uninvited into my shuttle again" face.

Her hair is different and she has very little time on screen, so I'm not sure. If anybosy knows, please let me know if I'm right or crazy. (although I guess I could be both............)

Book: I'd forgotten - you're moonlighting as a criminal mastermind now. Got your next heist planned yet?
Simon: No, but I'm thinking about growing a big black mustache. I'm a traditionalist.

Yep, definitely Morena... And the interesting part? That's not a new commercial - it's been around for several years. I remember seeing it well before I ever saw Firefly.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

As Astri said, that is an older commercial. I know I saw it once or twice before Firefly aired. When I first saw Firefly I kept trying to figure out where I had seen the actress playing Inara. It drove me crazy until I saw the commercial again the night after I saw Our Mrs Reynolds.
