RIPWASH

I just found this article and, though it may be old news to those on the other side of the pond, thought it worth mentioning. It we often overlook the good people do in this world in favor bad which we take notice of just to gripe about anyway.

I was unaware of Eddie Izzard before the movie Mystery Men. Since then I've caught some of his routines on YouTube and find him to be an extremely funny guy.

You think you know--what's to come, what you are. You haven't even begun.

Eddie Izzard is a genius.

Also, that's pretty damned impressive.

STORYMARK

Dressed to Kill is one of the funniest stand-up shows I've ever seen.

"I thoroughly disapprove of duels. If a man should challenge me, I would take him kindly and forgivingly by the hand and lead him to a quiet place and kill him."

When John Cleese says you're the funniest man he's ever seen.. that's something. Eddie is my favorite standup ever... He's awesome and to do this.. WOW oh WOW. I've run 2 marathons and each took me months to prep for an every ounce of will I had to complete. I can't even imagine doing this. That's dedication!!

WAKEUPSOON

He was on a chat show here in Britain last Friday (it was Friday Night With Jonathon Ross if anyone's interested) and he said that medically because he was doing 6 a week he now has to ween off them slowly, so is still doing 3 or 4 a week.

He is amazing. So funny. And brilliant on the comedy panel shows which we get over here :D

Smile && Nod, it makes it seem like you know what's going on.

I don't know where it came from particularly, but I laughed really hard at his routine where Darth Vader is in line at the Death Star cafeteria. Funny, funny stuff.
