DragonCon Meeting Update!!

Here's the info on the SEBC meeting for DragonCon planning:

Saturday June 18th 2005
3:00pm – 5:00pm
Alpharetta Public Library
238 Canton Street, Alpharetta GA 30004

Important Stuff:

1) Please do not contact the library directly for information.
They really get upset about that. Ask the group and we can find the
answer if we don't know it.

2) This particular meeting room holds up to 59 people.

3) Someone in some post somewhere mentioned a library in Cobb
County. If you are a member of the library let us know. Libraries
will allow us to use their meeting rooms for free IF the person
hosting the meeting is a member. They won't let "outsiders" rent
them even with a fee (according to Cary's former boss who is now VP
of Marketing for GA Public Library System.)

4) PLEASE rsvp to isaidso at mindspring dot com if you are attending
so we can get an accurate count. All you need to do is send an
email with YES and a number of how many will be attending.

5) SEBC won't be providing refreshments for this meeting but if you
would like to volunteer to bring something along it would be
appreciated.

The plan is to rotate where the meetings are held in different
locations in Atlanta to give people better opportunities to attend a
meeting or two. We do understand people will not be able to attend
each one, nor do they need to so if you can't make it don't worry,
we'll do it again.

Wow Canton street, anyways. . .so there will be more meetings later then? I will not be able to make this one (it's a two hour drive and I already said I would go to the river to canoe). You're doing a great job getting the info out, just wanted to double check.
