And were sold out by 10:03 AM CST. Luckily a friend and I were able to snag some tickets in that *really* short window. Apparently the theatre it is screening at is really small or there were alot of people camping the movietickets website.

They sold out faster than that. According to the theater manager himself, the largest theater at the Valley View 16 was sold out in 2 minutes, leaving me ticketless.

Two minutes? I'd heard 7 from a customer service rep. Still, either figure is mind-boggling. Good thing I set up an account with MovieTickets.com in advance, or I might not have gotten tickets either!

Don't worry, I'm sure there'll be extra tickets floating around the forums, given that ridiculous "Anti-Scalper" plot. Ask around early enough and I'll bet you'll find a seat!
