All spelling errors are mine.

A sponsor has sent a response to a postcard: my first return.

It is a form letter, from Marisa Roth, Consumer Relations Representative, Bayer Corporation, Consumer Relations, P.O. Box 1910, Morristown NJ 07962-1910, 800-331-4536.

"Thank you for taking the time to contact me. I appreciate your kind words about Sponsorship/Advertising.

"I was pleased to hear that you use our well-known and trusted products. We strive to deliver superior quality with all of our products. You may be interested to know that Bayer Consumer Care's product portfolio includes the following brands:"

There follows a list of Bayer products.

"Please be assured that your comments will be shared with our Marketing team. In appreciation of your interest, please accept the enclosed for your use. if I may be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me.

"Sincerely, Marisa Roth"

Enclosed were one-dollar coupons for many Bayer products.

I should say, here, that all I put on the postcards to sponsors was, "Thank you for sponsoring 'Firefly'."
