Granted, they only ran it on Sci-Fi for a few months (since when? September?), and even then, they pre-empted it like every other week...

Even so, I looked forward to Friday nights, watching "Firefly" at 7PM. Darn.

Like sticking a candy in front of a baby, letting them smell it, then pulling it away from their faces without so much as a lick.

Sick and twisted world we live in.

All creation is given over to futility (or some such). Truer words never spoken.

I have the DVD of the movie, but not the series (for reasons explained elsewhere), although, I have some episodes I taped off TV.

But, it's not the same, watching a tape or DVD at home, alone. When you watch it live, on TV, you know that you're not the only one enjoying it.
