Setting up a charity screening...any advice?

QUIETSERENITY


I'm writing my pitch to take to theaters in my area tomorrow, what are the main selling points you would hit when you speak to them?

Also, if the proceeds go to Equality Now, would any extra expense they would have (extra staff, or whatever)be tax deductible?

And should I put the contact information for the charity on my paper that I'm handing out?

Second point first: The venue, actually, probably already knows if that's the case for them.

Third point: I don't see why you'd have to, unless there's some reason the venue wants to look into what EQ does.
