Does anyone know of a pattern for a Jayne Hat?

I could get my grandma to knit me one :)

This is the only one I've been able to find. Have it tucked away to do this fall, so I can't vouch for the accuracy.

Let me know!

There's another pattern here: http://dryope.typepad.com/superfly/jayne_cobb_hat/index.html Scroll down to the second post from the bottom.

-Edit: Scrolling through, it looks like the owner of the site is in the process of moving things over, so the pattern will be permenantly located here: http://dryope.typepad.com/grove/2006/02/jayne_cobb_hat_.html

I suggest if you're having your grandma knit it for you, to show her the show where he gets it or the Hero of Canton easter egg or the screen captures from either. Sometimes it's easier to be more accurate from good pictures AND a pattern then just a pattern and photos of someone else's interpretation. I've found both patterns mentioned above to be pretty good.

(OT next project: brown half finger gloves with "Firefly" stitched across the knuckles!)
