So, just why is Fox so screwed up.

Yes, they canceled Firefly after 11 episodes, so that's one strike. They canceled Drive after, what, 4 episodes? So how low can they go?

Well, I happened to see a blurb on a news blog stating that a new series, Anchorwoman, was canceled after only 1 episode. Now, I never saw the episode, and only heard briefly about the series before it was canceled, and concluded it wasn't my kind of show, but still... One episode? Who would do that?

Followed the link, and of course. It was a Fox program.

I think their next goal is to cancel programs before they even show one show...

Fox's problem is a very all or nothing attitude. If a show isn't a big hit straight away they will dump it. This makes it very hard for shows that don't find their audience very quickly to survive.
