Pantone colors, Flag of the Independents

I've seen a number of flags, patches and shirts bearing the Flag of the Independents. I understand that the canon color for the star is blue on a field of green with two yellow stripes, but does anyone know the exact colors? I'm putting together several pieces of work for the Utah Browncoats, and I need the color references for the website and other projects.

Is there a canon reference that would equate to a Pantone color, apart from matching it to the patches in the companion volumes?

figured I'd bump this thread in case it was missed. Good question. i've also seen a black star on the green and yellow background, haven't watched the series in a bit, but you might be able to catch it in the pilot or The Message.
