Right to the point im crap at fleshing out fan fictions but have plenty of ideas.Heres a few ive come up with,if you want to work on them great if not thats fine to, so here goes......
TITLE: "TEASER"
STORY IDEA: The crew are set up for the destruction of an alliance patrol vessel.

TITLE:"COUNTDOWN BEGINS"
STORY:The reavers attach a homing device underneath serenity unaware to the crew.the reavers plan is to follow serenity to there next jobspot, slaughter everyone at the job spot,then kill everything on serenity.
...............................................
TITLE:"VERA'S FAMILY"
STORY:Jayne goes on solo mission to get new weapons.
jayne causes a fight.
jayne gets captured.
Alliance have been noted and on route.
Mal & crew AINT happy.
...............................................
TITLE:HUNTING BADGER"
STORY:Badger finds out the truth about river & simon and plans on claiming the bounty for himself ..at any cost.
.................................................

Like ive said these are "very basic" story lines that need fleshing out if anyones interested go for it.

I like your last one the best - very plausible, Badger would certainly have the motivation. But I'm wondering how they would stop him without ... um...killing him? Hate to lose a great character like Badger.
Maybe the crew would find out something about Badger of an equally dangerous nature? 2 secrets that cancel each other out kind of thing.
